Was visiting in the area for a week and dropped in this gym a few times. My Italian is not very good, but everyone at this gym was very helpful and accommodating. I would recommend this gym to anyone visiting.

One of the best gyms I’ve ever been to! If I lived in Monopoli, this would definitely be my go-to gym. Across three floors, they have every machine you could wish for. I can’t speak much to the CrossFit area since that’s not my sport, but the two bodybuilding/fitness floors had really nice equipment.

They had the standards covered — two different smith machines, four (that’s right, FOUR) different squat variations, if I didn’t miss one, smooth-running cables, and three different chest presses that all felt great. But they also had some rarer machines, like an elbow-supported pec deck, a seated hamstring curl, and a belt squat.

The equipment is high quality overall, and the T-bar row and pull-over machine in particular felt fantastic, thanks to their resistance profile, just to name two.

Frequento questa palestra da un paio di mesi
e che dire...
ci si sente come a casa e soprattutto a proprio agio
ambiente fantastico e personale (dal primo all'ultimo) troppo gentile, simpatico e disponibile
Palestra davvero ben attrezzata anche se sarebbe bello avere qualche altra piccola chicca (lat pulldown, flat chest press, dip machine, low row)
Su monopoli è senza il minimo dubbio la migliore
Consigliata per tutti quanti di tutte le età e per ogni esigenza
Bravissimi tutti per il lavoro che svoglete 🙏🏻

I stayed in Monopoli for two weeks recently and needed a gym for myself and my partner to exercise. After a quick browse around, I came across Body and Soul and it seemed like the perfect place for both of us - I do mostly a mix of machine and free weights training and he does CrossFit. I tend to filter to negative reviews just to sanity check and some of the stuff I read nearly put me off visiting, but I’m glad I visited anyway.

Some reviews mention the gym is missing fundamental equipment - I have never, in 20+ years of working out at various gyms over Europe, been to a more complete gym. No exaggeration, but this place has machines I’ve never seen before.

With regard to the state of the machines themselves, I think they are in pretty good condition. Are they all shinny and new? No, they’re not. Do they need to be? I don’t think so, because they’ve been maintained to a good standard. A review mentioned that the pec fly and leg extension machines weren’t usable - I used these twice during my time there.

Both me and my partner were amazed with the space, the friendly staff, and the conditions provided. The discount for multiple visits was a great touch and could not recommend it enough.

We wish to have such a well-equiped place at home. They aren't bad but this is next level. Of course better to buy a package if you know how often you can manage to come during a short tourist stay nevertheless superb. We loved the music too😁

Ich war heute zum ersten Mal bei euch – und eins ist klar: Ich komme definitiv wieder!

Ich habe schon unzählige Gyms in ganz Europa gesehen, aber ihr gehört in puncto Ausstattung, Freundlichkeit des Teams und Sauberkeit ganz klar zur Spitzenklasse.
Als leidenschaftlicher Powerlifter achte ich vor allem auf ein solides Rack, eine Plattform fürs Heben und eine halbwegs vernünftige Bank – und was soll ich sagen? Meine Erwartungen wurden bei Weitem übertroffen.

Unzählige Racks, eine Wettkampfbank im ersten Stock und insgesamt eine richtig starke Auswahl an Geräten – hier merkt man einfach, dass Kraftsport ernst genommen wird.
Tiptop Gym, hier stimmt wirklich alles. Danke dafür!

Great gym and fitness center conveniently located in Monopoli. Fairly large, multi floor, clean space with new and well maintained equipment. The staff is great. Polite and professional. If you happen to spend your vacation in Monopoli and don’t want to trade off your fitness routine, this is a perfect solution. Big thanks to the staff for the great experience! See you again soon!
