I stayed in Monopoli for two weeks recently and needed a gym for myself and my partner to exercise. After a quick browse around, I came across Body and Soul and it seemed like the perfect place for both of us - I do mostly a mix of machine and free weights training and he does CrossFit. I tend to filter to negative reviews just to sanity check and some of the stuff I read nearly put me off visiting, but I’m glad I visited anyway.

Some reviews mention the gym is missing fundamental equipment - I have never, in 20+ years of working out at various gyms over Europe, been to a more complete gym. No exaggeration, but this place has machines I’ve never seen before.

With regard to the state of the machines themselves, I think they are in pretty good condition. Are they all shinny and new? No, they’re not. Do they need to be? I don’t think so, because they’ve been maintained to a good standard. A review mentioned that the pec fly and leg extension machines weren’t usable - I used these twice during my time there.

Both me and my partner were amazed with the space, the friendly staff, and the conditions provided. The discount for multiple visits was a great touch and could not recommend it enough.

Great gym and fitness center conveniently located in Monopoli. Fairly large, multi floor, clean space with new and well maintained equipment. The staff is great. Polite and professional. If you happen to spend your vacation in Monopoli and don’t want to trade off your fitness routine, this is a perfect solution. Big thanks to the staff for the great experience! See you again soon!

Das Gym ist echt Top👍 Geräte und Gewichte auf 2 Stockwerken da ist für jeden was dabei. Tagesticket 10 Euro. Bleibt noch zu sagen viel Spaß beim Training 🤪😬

Ambiente genuino , staff competente e attrezzistica di livello . Organico molto valido , dai più giovani al più grandi .
La struttura di sviluppa su più piani, per accogliere sale corsi ( CrossFit , funzionale etc) , sala attrezzi al primo piano e sala cardio più addome e sezione panche e manubri all’ultimo piano .
Spogliatoi buoni .
Ampia zona esterna che sicuramente in estate viene sfruttata per creare attività .
Parcheggio facile e ampia disponibilità .
Costo dell’ingresso onesto vista la qualità della struttura .

Visited here while I was on holiday! Amazing gym, 3 floors crossfit, powerlifting and body building everything you could need for a great workout. Lady from reception very helpful and happy to show us around. I will definitely re visit when I'm in Monopli next.

Palestra ben attrezzata, di grandi dimensioni e illuminata da grandi finestre su quasi tutti i lati. Personale gentile e accogliente. Ampia scelta di corsi, che si svolgono in sale distinte, oltre alle due sale destinate a chi predilige l'uso di pesi, nelle quale ci sono anche macchinari deputati all'allenamento Cardio. I costi sono nella norma, giusti e giustificati da ciò che viene offerto al cliente.
