I've been living in Monopoli for the last 6 months, I am Irish and speak little to no Italian but I’m trying.

The gym staff & members have always been welcoming and nice with me even with the little Italian I have, they smile and are polite
the members of a gym make the gym what it is this for me, this is important. Common courtesy isn't common nowadays.

The gym, is always well kept by a older lady everyday at morning always mops, cleans down equipment and the toilets are spotless so remember try clean after yourself, put away weights and don't be lazy.

The equipment isn't an issue, plenty of variety of leg extensions, seated and lying ham curl, hip press, hip extension, hip leg press, 45 degree leg press, two sets of cables, hip thurst, squat racks, two smith machines, upper back row, single arm pull-down, pec dec fly, incline machine press, plate loaded shoulder press, dumbbells up to 1kg to 50kg, loads of bench press areas, stretching and Ab area with plenty of accessories of Ab roller, foam rollers, yoga mats, box jumps etc

The staff always been nice and welcoming to me even with the language barrier, the pts are on the gym floor working or advising something that isn't done in every gym and they actually train themselves again which isn't always the case where I came from. So they do a great job. Even when the boss isn't around they hold themselves to a high level of personal training.

Great community, lovely members that even bake and bring in goodies to take on your way out - pandoro I believe it was called 🤣

Palestra peggiore a monopoli a mani basse. le ho provate tutte a monopoli ma questa resta la peggiore mai visto personale più antipatico di questo. la palestra in sé è perfetta ma andrebbe fatto un cambio al personale veramente molto molto antipatico e poco disponibile. Ovviamente escluse le ragazzine vestite tutte attillate lì saranno super disponibili

Great gym for tourists that just want to get a quick workout in. Day passes are just 10 EUR and there are plenty of machines available. It does get hot in there in the summer but that just spares the warmup ;)

Good variety of equipment, nice machines. People complaining about the brand not being technogym… you don’t need that to do a good session of training, please stop whining. Will definitely return if I come back to Monopoli, I found it very nice :)
