Per quanto riguarda l’aria condizionata, stiamo effettuando interventi di manutenzione, resi necessari dalle elevate temperature di luglio e agosto, durante le quali il gruppo frigorifero ha lavorato sotto sforzo. Le operazioni vengono eseguite nelle ore notturne, quando le temperature sono sensibilmente più basse

thank you for your review. We are aware that the severe weather conditions in the Val Camonica area caused rivers to overflow and blocked the main access roads. We have also been informed that, in order to avoid congestion on the only roads that remained passable, tourist traffic was restricted.

Thank you for sharing your review. We would like to clarify that the air-conditioning system was fully operational during your stay.

Due to the exceptionally high temperatures, which reached 37°C, our chiller operated 24 hours a day in order to cool all areas as effectively as possible. Under normal conditions, we are able to maintain an indoor temperature of approximately 25–26°C; however, in such extreme weather conditions, achieving lower temperatures can be more difficult.

We are sorry to read your review, as our location is excellent, right on the lakefront, and it could hardly be better. Perhaps, during breakfast, you did not fully appreciate the beautiful view of the lake and the surrounding mountains.
We would also like to point out that, upon your departure, you left some personal belongings in the room, and our staff immediately took action to recover and return them to you.
