I would give the staff 10/10, always kind and welcoming( Especially the girls on reception) This gym was a good start to me entering back into my fitness journey. Joined in march 2024, prices are very steep and in my first year there was no air con. (Was very tough in the summer) finally this issue was addressed. Many times there has been no hot water or they closed due to Maintance or other issues. My other issues were the opening times, I’m a flight attendant so the hours sometimes didn’t suit me, especially when they reduced the hours/ classes due to festivities. Secondly if you wish to do group classes, nobody actually tracks you personally, sometimes I felt that class was too difficult some days and really easy some days. (Depending on the trainer) also you have a belt that “tracks” your heart rate, some days I couldn’t walk for 3-4 days after as I was pushed too far. Also if want to book Pilates you need to do it quick and fast and with 10 days notice. For any reason if you need to cancel. Must be done 4 hours prior. I understand this is for people no showing and create space for others, but sometimes unforeseen circumstances can occur. The other thing that really bothered me, is if you want to freeze your subscription for holidays, you need to pay a min 20€ fee, this for me is crazy considering how expensive the gym already is. The other thing is, Saturdays they close early and Sundays is completely closed. This gym is more suitable for pensioners or mothers, for other forms of work is hard. Finally in summer they close for 2 weeks and invite you to use the services in Curno. These weeks for me were always wasted as I felt robbed to pay 20€ to block the weeks the gym was actually closed. The response I got was - well we have the other facility open for our members. However if I join a gym in city centre, why would I need a car to drive 15 minutes out of my way(without traffic) The gym changed a lot since I joined, I used to feel more supported. Unfortunately for the price of the gym, I don’t think it was worth it for me, it didn’t suit my lifestyle. Also there is no parking if you’re not a resident, it’s hard to find and you need to pay. I ended up joining a cheaper gym that has opening hours to suit my goals/ working hours.

Also please note, you cannot cancel your membership at anytime. Once you’re signed up. That’s it… something I also think is mind boggling!

Mai più in questa palestra. La sconsiglio, oltre ad avere dei prezzi esagerati devi pure pagare il parcheggio e cercarlo x tutta Bergamo e non solo non ti vengono incontro a niente una stella

Una palestra perfetta per le donne, pensata e gestita da donne. Un’idea geniale per curare la propria forma, ma anche per rilassarsi e scaricare lo stress.
Troverete macchine, un piccolo circuito crossfit, spazi per allenarsi con i pesi o altri attrezzi, vogatori. Inoltre ha una piccola Spa con idromassaggio, bagno turco e percorso kneipp, biciclette in acqua da usare su prenotazione e, recentemente, una sala con reformer pilates, ovviamente il tutto con molti corsi un po’ per tutte le esigenze.
Una delle migliori palestre in tutta la città!

Ho chiamato per chiedermi informazioni e per iscrivermi eventualmente presso la loro palestra , ho compilato il form online aspettando di essere contatta da un’operatrice. Quando mai l’ho fatto!! Da allora sono stata chiamata quasi un giorno si e uno no , anche dopo aver fissato l’appuntamento , e insistevano affinché andassi prima e finalizzasi prima l’iscrizione. Ho dovuto bloccare il numero perché mi sono sentita quasi pressata per andare subito e iscrivermi subito! Non mi vedranno mai!

Purtroppo siamo al 28 di giugno e l'aria condizionata, tanto promessa, dallo scorso anno, latita. A fronte delle mie richieste e lamentele, non solo mie, sono state date risposte che per quanto possano essere giuste dal punto di vista della proprietà, sono inaccettabili!!!! Si muore di caldo e con il sudore arrivano pure i morsi di zanzare! Sono delusa, mi sento raggirata pur spendendo bei soldini, ho disdetto a malincuore l'abbonamento nonostante l'ambiente mi piacesse, le ragazze tutte carine, ma non accetto che un azienda non trovi soluzioni aspettando cause, avvocati e condomini! Mi spiace, per me l azienda deve far fronte con mezzi propri per risolvere situazioni come queste di non poco conto! Si chiama rischio d'impresa!
Delusa, scrivo gocciolando sulla bici ma avendo pagato... resisto... E non è bello si viene in palestra per rilassarsi e poi per tenersi in forma!!
