Gute geräte, große Räume, leider unordentlich und schmutzig.

Salve Bob, se ha rilevato delle problematiche in tal senso, le chiedo di essere più preciso in modo da darci la possibilità di risolvere e di organizzarci meglio per il futuro. Il nostro centro fitness supera i 1600mq e si compone di aree diverse, bagni e spogliatoi…
Dire semplicemente che era sporco e disordinato non corrisponde alla realtà quotidiana.

If you check my reviews on google you will notice that I always give positive reviews; in fact, this is my only negative review but it is well deserved, not for the gym itself but due to the gym staff being absolutely rude to customers.
The gym is spacious, has nice equipment but the staff is very rude. I had decided to quit and ask for refund on my yearly subscription already on my first day as the Gym manager Hicham started to scream at me as soon as I entered the gym on the first day. The reason is that was raining outside and Staff Hicham loudly demanded shouting from far and walking towards me with a very aggressive attitude telling me to dry my shoes with a towel before stepping into the gym. In fact, I exchanged my shoes for training sneakers that were in my backpack as soon as I entered the gym; however, the staff Hicham did not see that and decided to scream and shout assuming that my shoes were dirty or wet. His attitude screaming to a customer and walking in my direction like he would engage in physical confrontation was enough for me to feel harassed and abused. Clearly this unprepared staff does not receive any training in customer services and can not be dealing with people. This person simply started screaming at me in front of other customers which caused me an embarrassment. So I decided that the best is to stay far away from people with this vibe, energy and conspicuous low level of culture and education.
This event was more than 1 year ago; however, I decided to write this review as in my current Gym, I met other 3 people that also left the 2fit Merano for the exact same reason, rudeness of staff.
I am 50 years old, father of 2 kids, with two university diplomas and Masters of Science degree level of education in one of the top 3 universities in the world, I am also a President and founder of a multinational company operating worldwide with footprint in 28 countries. I will not accept or tolerate anyone talking to me in such a disrespectful way as it was.
