Amazing gym that I had the privilege to use for the week of holidays I had spent in Caldaro.

The guy managing the place is easy to get in touch with and he is very nice guy too.

The gym has mostly weight-lifting stuff, but has enough cardio machines too. Also has yoga mats and a huge space for that too.

I haven’t missed any machine at all and I’ve been able to do all Chest, Back, Shoulders, Arms and Abs all in one week.

It’s 30€ for one week which is great, and 10€ deposit for the key that allows you in at any time of day before 12 midnight.

Very quiet gym with always someone around but not overcrowded at all. Max 3 people on 2/4 days, which were on weekdays. Weekends are a bit busier, with around 10 people in Sunday morning, but still not much at all.

I wish I had this gym back in my home town.
