Accademia di BJJ eccellente dove poter crescere e costruire ottimi legami con gli altri membri del gruppo.
Frequenti ospiti, spesso internazionali, a condividere l loro esperienza (fra questi Roger, Renzo Gracie e molti altri).
Per quanto riguarda la sala pesi è ottima per chi ama allenarsi con carichi alti e da quest’anno c’è anche corso di Lotta Olipica che è davvero di alto livello.
Per me è letteralmente una seconda casa 🙏

I've trained here while on vacation and the facility is really one of the best I have seen in all of Italy. On top of that, the owner is super welcoming, the mats are clean and the whole team is friendly. Next to that they are equiped with everything needed for weight lifting.

Great Jiu-jitsu Gym! It's like heaven for grapplers, since they run multiple classes everyday. If I every come back to Cagliari, I will get an hotel nearby and train all day long😉👍

BJJ so wie es sein sollte.
Man kommt an und fühlt sich wie "zu Hause".... gute Instruktoren, tolle Trainingspartner, kein Ego-Sparring sondern einfach GUT!!!!

The best Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu academy in Sardinia. Top notch technical instruction in a very friendly and welcoming environment. I came in to train as a black belt on vacation in Cagliari and I was very impressed by Professor Alberto Diaz's teaching, as well as his outstanding grappling. Was there during my workation of two months. Everyone was really friendly and I felt integrated very fast. Also the technical training of Alberto is quite good.
