Though I did not enjoy living in Sig, the NAS1 gym was home to me. I love the layout, with which it is very easy to get acquainted. There's extra space if you need to do some HIIT. There are deadlift platforms and plenty of squat racks. I've been gone for a few weeks and can say that I truly miss this gym and their staff. Enjoy this gym while you can because there isn't another like it.
