After a long flight my back had seized up. Booking into for a deep tissue massage released the tightness so I could enjoy my holiday. Staff were welcoming, responsive and understanding. Rooms lovely, thought and care taken to make me comfortable.

I just had my first massage a Relax Firenze with Marco. I am a new woman!!!! I am here to study Italian and live on a huge hill for 6 weeks. My legs hips back and feet were screaming at me. I am now much much better. The facility is clean and the personnel are friendly courteous professional and kind. Well worth it. You will be rejuvenated!!!

I got a Brazilian draining massage a few days into my trip as I was feeling a bit tired and puffy after a lot of traveling and flying and WOW. The massage itself was very relaxing, and the staff was so so kind. I could feel and honestly see the immediate results afterward. My clothes instantly fit differently, I felt much less bloated and my arms even looked for toned! A win win. Highly recommend!! I will be back, Grazie Mille

Massage en duo pour l’anniversaire de ma femme.
Accueil chaleureux est très zen pour nous mettre tout de suite dans l’ambiance.
Musique et parfum d’ambiance. Salle de « sel » pour se purifier puis massage .
Je ne suis pas un habitué mais je peux vous dire que cela m’a donné envie de recommencer. C’était incroyable.
Personnels extrêmement professionnels et s’adaptent immédiatement à vos demandes.

Ho fatto un trattamento in questo centro estetico nel cuore della città e devo dire che è stata un’esperienza spettacolare! Il massaggio decontratturante è stato davvero… decontratturante! Mani esperte, attenzione ai dettagli e una professionalità impeccabile. Dal momento dell’accoglienza alla reception fino all’ultima coccola nella sala del sale, tutto è stato curato nei minimi particolari.

So good!! My husband and I went back for a second time in the same week :) the massages were excellent! My deep tissue massage was also so relaxing, which can be difficult to do, and they were able to individualize them to our liking. It felt amazing after all the walking around the city. The therapists are so nice and communication was easy :)

This was one of the best massages of my life. I instantly regretted booking 60 minutes instead of 90. My body was so achy from days of walking on tours and checking out museums. I only wish I discovered Relax on Day 1. I would have booked a massage for every day. Highly recommend! (As a person who gets tons of massages and is very particular).

Short, but amazing experience at this spa. My feet were killing me after a week in Italy and I was able to make an appointment for the next day seamlessly using WhatsApp. The therapist, Valerie, was wonderful and did a phenomenal deep tissue on my calves and feet only (per my request). I wish I had been staying in Florence longer so I could have spent more time here. Fantastic therapists - worth a visit for sure!!!

There are plenty of wellness places in Florence but few are as caring and curated as the team and staff at Relax. Whether it be a fully body massage, reflexology session or mindfulness session with Ilaria. I feel like this is a true safe space for anyone who is looking to improve their mind, body and spirit. They also have a lovely salt room where you can relax, color or just chill. I definitely love gifting massages and treatments but more so enjoy a pamper session for myself from time to time!

Ambiente bellissimo e rilassante fin dall ingresso, Io sono stata nella stanza del sale, ad un prezzo giusto ti fanno stare 40 minuti abbondanti in questa stanza in cui oltre al sale rosa hymalaiano nel pavimento ( io sono stata sdraiata infatti in terra a contatto col sale, che assorbe anche umori e umidità dalle ossa) e alle pareti, diffondono nell aria sale tipo vaporizzato. Già dopo pochi minuti senti i bronchi aprirsi e respiri meglio, immaginate quindi a fine sessione ed i giorni dopo. Migliora anche il sonno.
