Nice gym - and nice owner. We didn’t know going there that they required separate shoes and a towel. Bring a pair of clean gym shoes in a bag and a towel. It’s a smaller space with lots of good equipment. 10 euro cash day pass. I was glad to find a place to lift while on vacation in Rapallo.

Very friendly staff, good and clean facilities especially for tourists looking for a quick lift &/or run. Day pass is €10 (cash only).

There’s changing rooms and showers if needed. Location is all the way at the end of the road so a bit discreet but not too hard to find.
Only thing is there isn’t AC so you’ll definitely work up a sweat!

Sono anni che vado in questa palestra.mi sono sempre trovata bene.Gli ultimi due anni sono stati duri .ma l'entusiasmo dei responsabili la loro disponibilità sono stati davvero ammirevoli.ambiente famigliare e attrezzature al top! Si fatica ma si sorride sempre!grazie body change!
