Ik was vorige week op vakantie in Sicilië. Ik zat in Cefalù en zou einde week rijden naar Taormina, maar werd op een ochtend wakker met zo’n heftige schouderpijn waardoor ik die dag mijn nek niet kon draaien. Ik heb in Cefalù paar massage salons gecontacteerd, maar was helaas steeds geen plek. Op Google Maps zag ik de praktijk van Carlo op de route naar Taormina. Ik maakte een afspraak. Deze man heeft mij erg goed geholpen. Hij is heel professioneel en weet waar hij het over heeft. Door zijn behandeling kon ik rest van mijn vakantie genieten in Taormina. Ik ben hem zeer dankbaar. Ik beveel hem zeker aan ook al heb je geen klachten.

Eccellente è dire poco, soffrivo da 4 anni all'anca, ho girato tutta Italia e Sicilia tra i migliori ortopedici a livello nazionale ma niente, sempre cortisone, punture e spedito alla base. Hands down the best massage therapist I have been to in years.

Carlo was not only able to relief me from the stabbing pain in my shoulder and neck, but was also able to identify the cause, focusing his approach on a totally different muscle than any of the therapists I had gone to before.
He also gave me tips to avoid the issue in the future.

If you are looking for a proper massage therapist I’d suggest you go and see Carlo.

Sicily is lucky to have him!

Esperienza molto positiva. La professionalità e la disponibilità di Carlo mi ha portato a recarmi nel suo studio backontrack. Massima professionalità e competenza che Carlo coniuga a una profonda empatia e umanità.
Con due sedute ho risolto un problema di deambulazione ad un piede operato; alla prima Carlo ha eliminato il dolore urente, ad anello, localizzato alla caviglia; alla seconda seduta la tumefazione del piede si è ridotta a vista d' occhio dopo qualche giorno.

Carlo is excellent at what he does. I have been to Carlo several times, usually always putting it off till my injury has worsened, every time after visiting Carlo I am restored and can continue with my running and swimming.
He is very professional, welcoming and very knowledgeable in human anatomy. I leave each time feeling better, also always with a new bit of advice to take away,to help prevent injury.

I can highly recommend Carlo's practice. After two treatments I no longer needed painkillers to sleep at night. Expert massage and amazing dry needling helped to release muscles in spasm, meaning knee pain all but disappeared and I am much more mobile, even running again.

Do not hesitate to use Carlo's expertise if you have any sort of muscle/joint pain or issues.

I've had my share of therapists and Carlo by far has been the best. I recently spent 90 minutes of smiling (pain relief) as Carlo would describe it. He hit every spot first time. You don't walk out like you've been down at the beach covered in coconut oil either.
Carlo also provided excellent tips on self management.
I'm definitely going back for more.

Got a deep tissue massage and dry needling. Could hardly walk to my car afterwards, was sore for three days then come good & felt amazing!
Needling fixed my ankle issue.

I normally do not write reviews but I'll do this one because I read the previous reviews/ recommendations to visit Carlos for a 2 hour Swedish massage. He's is very good at massaging but I went on a very windy rainy day and the temperature was 15 degrees Celsius. The room was freezing cold with no heater. The massage table was heated but my 70% of body was freezing and even had goosebumbs. The music was not soothing at all. For the whole 2 hours I kept on complaining about being cold, all I was told was to relax. How can I relax when Iam freezing cold? I have been to many massage places before and the room was always around 22 to 24 degrees or above. His room was the same temperature as the outside. I don't not recommend this place but if you like to get a massage in the cold then this will be the best place for you.

I have been going to Carlo or the "punisher" as I kindly refer to him. He has released the pain in my knees and hopefully keeping me from having knee replacements. Can't say its a pleasure at the time of treatment but it certainly is for a week or so after!!! He certainly does know his stuff. :-)

Carlo is a very professional therapist with knowledge and experience and specially doesn't work only for money but rather to rich the goal to make you feel better explaining what's the problem and how to get rid off the pain by yourself. I really appreciate that! Genuine and honest.
