I am genuinely shocked by how Cipriani Wellness handled my complaint. After paying for a 50-minute massage that ended much earlier, I left a one-star review describing what happened. In their public reply, they promised to offer a solution.
After waiting two weeks, I finally received an answer from the manager, Valeria. Instead of resolving the issue, she denied everything — claiming that the therapist “used the full time,” even though I provided clear photo evidence proving otherwise. This response was not only dismissive but downright insulting.
It’s unacceptable for a supposedly reputable wellness center to treat clients this way, especially when confronted with proof. Rather than taking responsibility, they chose to question my honesty — as if I had any reason to invent such a complaint.
This is not how you treat paying customers. I would strongly advise others to think twice before booking here. Unprofessional, disrespectful, and absolutely not worth the money.

The massage at Cipriani was okay. The therapist was friendly and professional, which I appreciated. However, the session started late and ended early — instead of the full 50 minutes, it lasted just under 40. Given the price of €150, that was quite disappointing. I expected a full session for that rate.

Just treated myself to the ultimate self-care day at the Casa Cipriani Milano Spa, and it was truly one of the most divine experiences I’ve ever had.

The facial massage was on another level—like it melted years off my face and released every ounce of tension I didn’t even realize I was holding. I’m absolutely glowing and feeling like a million dollars.

The staff were not only kind and attentive, but incredibly knowledgeable. It felt like a private retreat hidden in the heart of the city. Pure bliss.

Terapista molto brava e competente.
Mi è solo dispiaciuto, da cliente esterno, non poter accedere al bar ristorante in quanto non socia……mi sarebbe piaciuto concludere l’esperienza così.
In questo modo si sarebbe assaporato appieno il clima vero del Club noto in tutto il mondo, cosa che nella Spa non si è respirata.
