Training ultra efficiente per massimizzare il lavoro muscolare e contrastare davvere osteopenia e sarcopenia, ovviamente da integrare con un piano completo, che comprenda anche l'attività cardio, che peraltro il personal coach suggerisce. Inoltre è l'unica "palestra" (termine riduttivo) che io conosca focalizzata su tutti i pilastri del benessere, compreso lo yoga, la respirazione, il monitoraggio dei parametri corporei ed esami medici periodici. È un percorso tutto tondo con obiettivi chiari e progressivi ritagliati sulla persona. Complimenti!

A great place in the heart of Milan for personalized, efficient workouts that are fully customized to your body and goals. Small groups (only 3 people per session) using very innovative machines. Only 25 minutes and your muscles are shaking! Plus they have a sauna and a cold plunge, and very cool changing rooms. The team is very knowledgeable and friendly. Will be back!
