Amazing gym with a beautiful view. Has all the basics you would expect from a gym, dumbells, barbells, benches etc.

Important: You can find the gym by walking down the stairs close to the bus stop. Keep going down and you will find it immediately.

It's slightly cramped due to limited space but if you're here for a few days, it's perfect to get your workouts in.

The owner (I assume) was very friendly and explained everything to me regarding the cost and opening hours.

Day pass: €15
Open from 7:30 to 21:00, although I'm not sure about sundays.

We love this gym! My wife and I needed a gym on our vacation here and we're so happy we found Alessandra's place. She is lovely & gracious, her gym is super well equipped, has all the machines, TRX, cardio equipment you need plus a very nice yoga/stretching room as well where she gives classes. The views over Marina Grande are also incredible, it's very bright and Alessandra just seems to attract other nice people to her place! Everyone here was very friendly.

Small but very nice gym. You have everything you need to train during your holidays. The owner is also very nice.

Aleksandra is an amazing trainer. Don’t under estimate her workout. They might look simple but she will challenge ur body and give you a great workout. Ps save a bit of energy for the walk the stairs 😉

Un excellent souvenirs dans celle salle de sport petite mais très très bien équipée avec de nouvelles machines, propre et avec une vue incroyable!

En vacances à Capri j’ai cherché une salle pour m’entraîner à la journée et j’ai trouvé pour 15€.
Le propriétaire est d’une extrême gentillesse, très professionnel et passionné par son métier.

Loved this gym on Capri! The top has a large open space for so ng anything you want, and it has a breezeway overlooking the ocean. Beautiful.

Stayed in Capri in July and was desperate to get in a proper workout. I saw this on google and figured I’d give it a try. It was nearly impossible to find. Google maps kept telling me I was there but there was no gym to be found- that is because it is below the main road. You need to take steps down the cliff to enter. Look for the steps by Ristorante Villa Jovis and go down them. There you will find a landing with Capri Fitness A.D. it is small and very tight but it has proper ellipticals and treadmills and weights and machines and even a studio for classes. They charged me 15 Euro for a daily walk in which I was happy to pay.
