No-nonsense gym led by its owner Niccolò, who is happy to share his experience and help you get the best workout. You will find all necessary machines to become one for yourself and everybody is ready to help if you need something. Never felt at home in a gym quite like here.

This is for me the best gym in Naples. Not only because it is cheap and accessible to everybody and because it has everything that you need for your training, but specially because it is an old school gym with the best atmosphere: everybody knows each other and treats each other with respect, all kinds of nationalities, men, women, young, old, training together! If you are looking to have an authentic neapolitan experience, don't miss the opportunity to train here and get to know Nicola, the owner, who is the friendliest and funniest person in the world, and Mario, his son. I had the best time in this gym for 7 months and got so strong in my body and my mind. Ci vediamo presto ragazzi!!!

J’ai eu la chance de m’entraîner pendant 5 mois à Vérusio Fitness pendant mon Erasmus à Naples, et je ne pouvais pas rêver mieux ! La salle est bien équipée et conviviale. Le propriétaire est super sympa et a toujours été d'une grande gentillesse avec moi et les autres Français, ce qui a vraiment facilité mon intégration. Une ambiance au top, de bons conseils, et un vrai sens de l’accueil. Je recommande à 100 % !

Verrusio Fitness is a great and cheap gym which has all the most important machines you will need. It’s oldschool and has a great vibe. The owners and the members are super nice, having a chat with someone is the primary thing that holds me back from gains😂

Would recommend this gym to anyone.

We were traveling to Naples for just two weeks, and we wanted to see what the gyms were like here. We got a day pass for just €7 each! The owner was super nice and clearly cared about the people in the gym. He didn’t speak much English, but we were able to understand him enough with the help of other people in the gym. The gym was relatively small and the equipment was a little worn, but it gave it some charm and it had the essentials. Overall a really good experience! We only went once, but it would be a good place to go for travelers staying in Naples for longer.

Less than a half mile(700 meters) from our hotel in Naples, an earlier Google Maps review was accurate in describing this small, locally owned gym as “not new or fancy”, but perfect for a tourist to get a quick workout in! Also, the very nice owner does not speak much English and he only accepts cash. But for 7 Euros to workout for a day, I was more than happy to let him keep the 3 Euros of change! Verrusio Fitness is so small that sometimes it felt like I was working out inside of someone’s garage!

We are in Napoli for a month and needed a gym to work out while here. Verrusio was quick to reply to our request through Facebook and offered us a good price for a single month membership. It's not new or fancy, but it has everything you need to get a good workout in. It's a family owned business, and the staff and other clientele are extremely nice and welcoming...especially to the Americans who don't speak Italian 😁
