The gym is in a dark alley so it was sus at first. But the gym is solid. It’s on the smaller side of local gyms, but has a squat rack, bench, cables, smith machine, and other machines. They don’t have a lot of these but if you come at the right hour there won’t be much people anyways.

The only thing to note for tourists is that this place only has like two sets of dumbbells for the 10-30lb range.

Still a solid gym, I think the daily rate was something around 15 euros. I recommend this place for tourists who are stopping by for a day and want to work out.

If traveling in Sorrento this gym is a nice size and has different day packages. Nicely equipped but some of the equipment is older.

Very friendly staff and an old-school style gym that has pretty much everything you need.

They allowed us to get a short-term membership. Perfect for our holiday trip from the UK.

One of the few day pass gyms in the area. Good range of equipment available on a Monday morning at 9am with only around 5 other users in the gym at the time. Great place to workout on holiday. Paid 15 euros for one time entry. 3 day option also available.

Not alot of gyms in Sorrento and OpenClub is a Decent gym.

However to vetern fitness enthusiasts - moderate your expectations!

Gym has all the basic amenities and is great!
Cardio, functional, weight lifting, aerobics etc
And it also hosts fitness classes along with an attentive PT.

However gym equipment is quite old, squeaky, rusty, and loose.
Floor is also uneven in the padded area; weight lifters note this during heavy lifts.

Overall I will be returning to this gym as the staff is friendly and the equipment is sufficient! :)

Good gym. Did the job I would say, has enough to get you by whilst on holiday.

15 euros a day . They do take card now (have seen reviews on here saying cash only).

4 star as despite having everything to get by was slightly limited . I wouldn’t have this as my permanent gym.

Es un gimnasio muy céntrico, pequeño bastante obsoleto, no hay barra olimpica y el peso es muy limitado.
No hay liquido para limpiar las máquinas después del uso.
fuimos a las 19 hs estaba bastante concurrido.
El pase de un día 15 euros. Es lo que cobran en la zona, al día siguiente probamos otro gym y nos pareció un poquito mejor, (fitness club).

Ineccepibili sia dall' aspetto umano che dal punto di vista professionale. Frequento le bellissime lezioni in acqua ( idrobike ed acquagym) e mi trovo davvero benissimo. Raffaella è eccezionale. In sala attrezzi invece il contributo del preziosissimo Simone è un plus valore eccellente! Grazie ❤️

€15 for casual entry and they prefer cash. Make sure you bring a form of ID. The staff are fairly friendly and the gym is small but clean. There are ceiling fans but it’s very hot inside the gym. There is only 1 barbell and it’s small. The toilets are clean but there is only 1 stall for women but about 6 showers.

I planed to visit this gym last Thursday (2.06.22). I checked working hours and arrived around 5PM.The gym was closed, waited 15 min , tried to call to this property, nobody answered and left. not sure what was a reason. I didn't see and information message in English on a doors ( and that in place like Sorrento that fully packed with tourists).Very disappointed. Looks like owner of this place doesn't interested to provide quality service.

Cash only! €15 for none member is the going rate 👍🏼 I arrived with a credit card and the kind lady at reception allowed me to enter, complete my work and pay later 👍🏼 very respectful. Gym is old school, I liked it... Only negative is it needs a bit more air con, was 32 degrees today.

The trainer there was very helpful in showing us around the gym and getting us set up. A day pass is 15 euros per person. If you're looking for a well equipped gym for strength training, this may not be the gym for you as they don't have a real squat rack or traditional barbells. They do have a smith machine, bench press, Scott bench, dumbbells, and some machines. Overall, the lifting area is a relatively small space but manageable if it's not crowded.

We called to ask if the club was open, and the lady on the phone told us it is open all day and we can come by to train now. We then walked to the gym for 20 minutes in the heat and when we arrived the club was closed and a neighbor told us they only open back at 4 pm (it was 1pm) - we really don’t understand why they didn’t just tell us this on the phone? This is exactly why we called before to reassure it is open. Very disappointing.

Ottima palestra al centro di Sorrento, assortita la sala attrezzi, molto bella la saletta per l'allenamento a corpo libero. Il personale sempre disponibile, sia al ricevimento sia in sala. Personal trainer seri e preparati. Consigliata.
