I went for a drop-in while on holidays in Cefalú and it was a great experience. The owner was very welcoming, the box had good equipment and the atmosphere was friendly. The owner/coach was very professional and the Wod was challenging but entertaining. I totally recommend crossfit Reginella: good vibes and intense workouts. Super!

Nous étions de passage pour les vacances a cefalu. Nous avons pu faire un drop-in, a crossfit Reginella. Nous avons été super bien et chaleureusement accueillis par Reginella et les membres de la box. Le wod est donné de manière professionnelle et la box a le matériel nécessaire. Je conseille vivement crossfit Reginella, autant pour la qualité humaine, que pour l'aspect sportif. Grazie mille per la tua accoglienza Reginella ❤️

I’ve dropped in a lot of crossfit gyms in different parts of the world and this was my favorite. I went to 3 workouts and found each one to be challenging and well designed. The owner creates her programming and it’s so good! Other gyms I’ve gone to in Italy have felt very light on intensity.

ABSOLUTES DROP-IN-MUSS! Beste Box in der Gegend!

Ich war bereits in sehr vielen CrossFit-Boxen und betreibe den Sport seit 8 Jahren. Als meine Frau und ich das erste Mal die Box betreten haben, haben wir rießen große Augen bekommen und gestaunt. Es ist eine richtig klassiche CrossFit-Box mit großer Liebe zum Detail und wahnsinniger Hingabe. Meiner Meinung nach eine der schönsten Boxen in denen ich jemals war. CrossFit Reginella glänzt zudem mit einem Spitzen-Programming, welches durch die Ownerin erstellt wird. Diese steckt einfach Herzblut in ihrere Box.

Die Toiletten, Duschen und Umkleideräume sind sehr sauber.

Die Ownerin und die Member sind super lieb, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Weiterhin hat die Besitzerin sehr viele Lehrgänge und Titel vorzuweisen und ist selbst eine starke Athletin.

Insgesamt waren wir vier mal am Stück dort, weil es uns so gut gefallen hat. Im Kurs selbst ist jedes Fitness-Level vertreten, egal ob Beginner oder Profi, jeder kommt auf seine Kosten.

Super easy to do a drop in. Everyone was super friendly. The owner even made one of the young guys in the class translate into English for me haha. Would definitely recommend anyone travelling through to go here.

I was in Cefalu for 3 weeks in August 2020 and decided to join the Crossfit gym. It was my first time going to crossfit after lockdown and it was a great experience. The trainers spoke English and all the members were friendly and welcoming. If I am in Cefalu again, I will be definitely heading to Reginella.

My first crossfit experience. Perfect crossfit gym for ex-pats and travellers. The staff Maria and Andrea speak good English and are so welcoming and knowledgable. Joined for 3 weeks while travelling across Sicily and couldn’t be happier! Friendly staff and a team of people.

surprised to find crossfit box to checked in. but even more then that i was extremely surprise with the atmosphere and the quality of the session.

De passage pour un drop in? N'hésitez pas, nous a adoré! La box est de taille moyenne mais magnifiquement décorée, TRES propre & matos au top. Ce dont je me souviendrai le plus est l'accueil de Maria (la gérante) qui nous a direct mis à l'aise, idem pour les adhérents plein de gentillesse et de conseils pour notre tour de sicile. Vous l'aurez compris, ca vaut le coup de s'arrêter !!!!
