Great gym. I am backpacking at the moment and was looking for a gym. Started off at Anytime Fitness but they charged €20/1day!!! Stopped here, it had a great retro atmosphere. Old iron, classic equipment that did the job, 90s/2000s hip hop blasting. Dudes chatting. Underground in the parking lot. Great experience in a gym! No photos because it's a surprise

As a Chinese, the gym owner, i think he's name is Johnny, literally made me feel at home. What a nice and gentle man :)

The gym is perfect for who's having a holiday and want maintaining the gaining. Having decent amount of Machines and space as well. Very good price even for a single day.

I was having a great time there, wish Johnny and the gym all the best. Thanks for the peaches;)

I stayed in Palermo for 4 weeks and joined this gym. The owner-trainer is extremely welcoming and charges a very fair daily fee for visitors. It is well-equipped for most body builders and the people who work out there are really friendly to visitors. A good gym overall with all you need, near the main train station in Palermo.

Personale educato, gentile e super disponibile. Si entra per onorare la ghisa e non per pubbliche relazioni poiché l'ambiente è piccolo e non permette bivacchi. Consiglio di provare.....

Expect to get what you pay for (7€): the essentials of an old school gym. Positives are the price and that they have the essential equipment. Negatives: very VERY rusty, in a parking lot (therefore smells like it. Would not go back but Okeyish for quick workout

Great PAYG gym used twice while we were on holiday. €7 cash per day.
Friendly owner who showed us around - it's a lot bigger than it looks and has everything you could possibly need.
Although a lot of the equipment was quite dated and probably needed a good clean, it all worked fine and we felt very welcome.

Super siłka, miła atmosfera, właściciele bardzo mili. Chodziłem tu przez miesiąc w trakcie wakacji i jestem bardzo zadowolony, jeżeli chodzi o sprzęt mają wszytko co potrzeba. It's great to find an old school gym in town and one that takes walk-ins. Everything you need here ro keep up with your routine. Everyone is very friendly here and closes at weekends. A couple of beasts roaming around here, so be respectful and always clean up after yourself.

Sono a Palermo per 3 giorni e ho deciso di allenarmi in questa palestra vicino al mio bnb. Posto pazzesco. Macchine di ogni tipo, per ogni gruppo muscolare, a caricamento a disco e non. Musica come si deve e personale gentilissimo, disponibile e ospitale. Se vivessi qui mi iscriverei ancora prima di sapere il prezzo. Chi ama il fitness e il bodybuilding non può non apprezzare.

It was pretty hot and I was drenched in sweat shortly into my workout, but it was also the middle of the summer. Occasionally got a breeze through one of the open doors.

Great gym in Palermo for anyone looking for weight lifting equipment. Dumbbells go up to 50kg, there are benches, squat racks and plenty of machines for all body parts. A day pass is €7 (pay in cash) so very cheap compared to other gyms in Italy for tourists. They also have a big second room with bikes, cross trainers, kettlebells and mats. The staff were friendly too

Great old school gym with plenty of weights and machines for folks looking for a workout. Was able to pay a daily rate by walking in, which was great considering I was just vacationing. One of the few gyms in Italy I've been too with a lot of plate weight.

7 euros a visit for an out-of-towner, pricy but in comparison to the gyms in the area, it is standard (elsewhere 6 and 14).
Has a real heart and soul to the place, the owner is very friendly and pleasantly greets me each visit. Some of the equipment could use an upgrade, but if you just want somewhere to lift some heavy stuff then this place will suffice.
