I did a 2 hour private lesson for about €80/hr with Agostino and had a really good time. He was also able to meet me at the beach during slow season on very short notice. He is a great instructor, would definitely recommend.

5 Sterne sind noch nicht genug für diese Kiteschule und den Kitelehrer Agostino! Ich habe mich dort mehr als willkommen gefühlt. Seine Philosophie, seine Komeptenz und seine Liebe zum Vermitteln von Kitesurfen sind unübertrefflich. Für meine ersten Erfahrungen im Kitesurfen hätte ich mir keinen besseren Ort und Lehrer vorstellen können! Wenn ihr in Kalabrien Kitesurfen wollt, geht unbedingt zur NewKiteZone!

Best kite spot by far in Italy in terms of wind quality, also Ago ( owner) super cool guy and very helpful with new people in the spot. Very welcoming environment, must go if you want to have a great time with great people while kiteboarding the best wind in Italy.

Met continue strakke wind, meestal recht op het strand, is dit de perfecte spot om te leren kiten. Agostino was de perfecte instructeur voor ons, en onze kinderen. Spijtig genoeg komt er toch wel wat vuil uit het water aangespoeld, en laten mensen veel vuil achter op de parkeerplaats. Als de wil er is om alles proper te houden, kan deze plaats veel meer mensen aantrekken.

We camped in front of the kite school for three nights and could use the warm shower and other facilities from the impressively eco-friendly place (almost everything is upcycled, garbage separation, solar energy, etc.).
Right at the start we were welcomed very hospitably👍. It was the perfect playground for our baby-daughter, our hyperactive dog and for us intermediate kiters. We've enjoyed very helpful lessons on the water throughout the whole stay and also fast assistance in an emergency situation. Ago hasn't got just the biggest kite competence we've met so far, but also awesome people skills. Kitesurfing with the view on the active Etna 🌋 was unforgettable. Overall we can say: Great spot, great people, great instructors, great energy, great experience! Felt like paradise 🌴🌅

PS: Due to the 2,0 high tunnel you should take the via industriale to get to the spot with a camping van 👍

Wat een ontdekking! Een indrukwekkende plek om te kiten. Een super goeie instructeur die zijn vak kent en me de kennis bijgebracht heeft om me veilig te voelen met de kite en om vanaf nu onafhankelijk te kunnen kiten.
Ook onze twee kinderen van 6 en 8 jaar hebben hun eerste kite lessen gekregen (tot bodydrag) op een erg correcte en veilige manier - fijn dat zij ook kunnen meeproeven van deze sport.
Warme douche ter beschikking, gezellige bar en plek, goeie sfeer, mogelijk om te overnachten met camper.

We spent two weeks with our bus at the school and learned kitesurfing with Agostino. It was a great time and experience and we felt in love with this sport. Agostino is an experienced and competent teacher with security as his first priority. As soon as you can avoid dangerous situations and you have the feeling of control, you're ready to have fun in the water!
Soon we felt like home with the locals coming around for sessions and everybody's helping each other. We won't forget this amazing place with the bar, music, windy days and amazing sunsets behind Etna.
We will definitively continue with kitesurfing and hopefully come back soon!

Hervorragende Kiteschule! Wir waren mit unserem Van da und durften direkt bei der Location parken und übernachten. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Agostino ist ein super Kitelehrer und legt sehr viel Wert auf die Sicherheit. Vielen Dank und bis zum nächsten Mal!

Wir standen für zwei Nächte direkt neben der NewKiteZone. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und hat uns direkt bei der Ankunft Hilfe angeboten. Eine warme Dusche und eine Möglichkeit zum Kochen. Außerdem eine klasse Bucht zum Surfen und Kiten, für Anfänger aber auch für Profis. Nur zu empfehlen!!!

This is an amazing kite beach located in Pellaro Italy. The instructors speak very good English and are very friendly and will give you helpful pointers on how to improve your kiteboarding even if you haven’t booked a lesson.
If your travelling via camper van you can spend the night in there carpark for a small fee which also allows access to the toilets and hot showers.

Vengo in questo spot ormai da anni in quanto mia sorella pratica il kitesurf. Adoro l'area relax con il prato e la musica mai invadente. Mi rilasso e mi godo il sole mentre lei fa sport. Divertimento, ottima compagnia e aperitivi fantastici da gustare al tramonto mentre si fanno nuove amicizie. Lo consiglio a tutti coloro, seppur non praticando il kite, vogliono godersi qualche ora in puro relax immersi nel verde.

Lo spot è bello; è affascinante fare kite sullo stretto. Il personale è gentile, cordiale e disponibile. Il prato, a pochi metri dal mare, per montare e smontare i kite e per l'area relax è il massimo!!!

Condizioni meteo top!Poche semplici regole da seguire e fai kite in totale sicurezza, anche grazie alla costante presenza in spiaggia di più istruttori(che avranno sempre un occhio per voi qualora vi trovate in difficoltà o avete una semplice perplessità)Scuola con istruttori preparati ,professionali e con metodi di insegnamento innovativi che ti fanno progredire enormemente a qualunque livello tu sia. Spot frequentato da gente fantastica, veri appassionati di kite!
Atmosfera bellissima🤩 insomma probabilmente il miglior posto in Italia per far kite👍🏻

NewKiteZone è una bella realtà del vasto panorama del mondo kitesurf!
Navigare a Punta Pellaro nello stretto tra Sicilia è Calabria è davvero magico. Il servizio offerto è molto buono, gli spazi tra area di lancio, sosta, scuola e relax ben organizzati è le regole di convivenza e rispetto semplici.
Uscire a Punta Pellaro non è semplicissimo: acqua subito profonda, mare spesso irregolare e vento talvolta bucato...ah, il vento...È GARANTITO!!! Gli istruttori sono molto cortesi e disponibili e trovo giusta l'iscrizione per uscire considerando l'impegno profuso!
Vorrei suggerire 2 cose: l'introduzione di un Responsabile atterraggio/partenza/parcheggii kite ed un servizio di sorveglianza/recupero che può rivelarsi fondamentale in caso di problemi in mare aperto o scarroccio verso sud.
Per il resto, come detto, NewKiteZone è davvero una bella realtà!!!

Insieme a tre amici siamo passati da questa struttura di ritorno da un kite tour siciliano. Due siamo kiter con diversa esperienza il terzo aveva appena finito un corso allo stagnone e voleva proseguire facendo delle lezioni. La struttura ha chiesto una cifra di 80 euro per una sezione di 60 minuti (prezzo più alto pagato durante tutta la vacanza). Con più di 20 nodi e vento rafficato dopo aver pagato ben 80 euro è stato lasciato completamente solo con il mare agitato e un bel po di disordine nel corridoio di uscita. Esperienza negativissima, l’istruttore ha anche criticato gli altri spot e altre scuole. Inoltre alla richiesta di rimborso dopo solo 20 minuti effettivi di lezione è stato restituito solo il 20%. Veramente poca professionalità.
