Great experience overall. The property is perfect and Giancarlo is a highly professional trainer — attentive, motivating, and very effective. Carmen’s massage was outstanding. Highly recommended!

A gem of a gym in Rome. Perfectly clean and the equipments are top notch. The owner was so kind to also open it for off hour and holiday.
Highly recommended. Will definitely visit again when jn Rome.

Giancarlo was very accommodating. Gym is is excellent condition with a wide assortment of weights (cardio equipment and free weights). Gym is very clean and overall great experience.

Excellent gym located in the beautiful area near Piazza di Spagna. The gym is extremely clean with a variety of weights, cardio, Pilates, HIT equipment, etc. for every workout need. Owner, Giancarlo, is very welcoming.

Ho avuto il piacere è il privilegio di allenarmi in questo posto scic, pulitissimo e raffinato durante gli anni della pandemia (quando si poteva). Lo raccomando vivamente. La professionalità, la bravura, oltre lo charme indiscutibile) di Giancarlo, il titolare, e i suoi consigli e dritte nonché spunti interessanti sull’alimentazione e su tanti altri argomenti di sua competenza hanno fatto si che io perdessi 7 kg e tornassi più in forma che mai.
