I have been a member since Dec 2023 and planning to stay here indefinitely. Everyone here is nice and the machines available are more than enough for my goals.

Don't hesitate to come here even if your Italian is still not the best, because most of the staff speak English very well!

Come to the front office or give them a call because there might be a promo for you 😁

Estando de Viaje me entrene en este Gimnasio ya que me alojaba en la zona y la verdad debo decir super que es completo .Todas las máquinas de marca Panatta,el día me salió €10 muy buen precio para estar en el centro de Roma .

Have been here several times when traveling for work. Love that they have affordable day passes. It's a basic gym but has everything you need if you want to lift. Friendly staff as well.

I went to this gym during my traveling. They have enough workout equipment and the price was reasonable(10 euros per a day). The man at the front desk was very kind. I wish I could visit again.

Ci vado ormai da anni. Il prezzo dell'abbonamento annuale è tra i più convenienti. Sono presenti numerose attrezzature per ogni gruppo muscolare. Ambiente sereno anche nelle ore di massimo afflusso. Staff professionale, competente, sempre disponibile. Una sicurezza nella zona.

Perfect place for a tourist like myself, if I lived in Rome I would join to be a member and be very satisfied. The staff is very friendly, the place is very clean, locker rooms and music are great. Everyone staff member I encountered there was polite, helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. I was very lucky to visit this establishment and see you next year.

I was warmly welcomed upon arrival. They speak English, Spanish and Italian. A decent gym for a good work out session if you are in holidays. The day pass costs €10, an excellent price compared to the other fitness centers around. Recommended!

Klein aber fein. Auf wenig Raum gibt es für alle Muskelgruppen Maschinen bzw. einen Freihantelbereich.
Wichtig für Touristen ist dass es dort Tageskarten gibt. Ein Schloss für den Spinnt ist zu empfehlen aber nicht zwingend erforderlich da es auch gestellt werden kann.

Estaba de viaje y fui a entrenar aca, el lugar muy limpio, el instructor muy atento y profesional, muy bien equipado con las máquinas que tiene. Y el precio ideal. En pleno centro de Roma, a metros del Vaticano. Gracias por la atención. Muy recomendable y mas si estas de turismo y no queres perder tu entrenamiento.

A nice gym with friendly staff who speak English and are always helpful.
I've been working out here for some time now and I definitely recommend it.
The members are also nice and I've never sensed any negativity.

Mi sono allenata alla Center Prati per le due settimane che ho soggiornato a Roma. La palestra non è molto grande ma è abastanza attrezzata. Gli istruttori sono cordiali e sempre presenti in sala. Ci ritornerò sicuramente.

Visiting for one week Roma, I was looking for a place in the district to do a quick gym session with single entrance. They were so welcoming, there is everything you need. The single entrance cost 10€ (witch is nothing compare all the other one around) you can go there your eyes closed
