Attualmente vivo a Parigi, ma ho dei parenti a Venezia Mestre. Avevo bisogno di trovare una palestra. All'inizio pensavo che Dynamis fosse troppo piccola. Mi sbagliavo. La palestra ha le attrezzature necessarie, è molto pulita e l'atmosfera è tranquilla. Il proprietario è stato molto gentile e mi ha aiutato molto con la postura e il modo migliore per eseguire alcuni esercizi. La consiglio vivamente e, secondo me, è la migliore palestra di Mestre. Grazie mille.

Getting my workout in as I write this review, and I’m only here because of the reviews I read earlier. Great experience! I’m a regular gym-goer back home but only need to get a session in every few days when I’m on the road. This gym was very welcoming, and the owner is very helpful! It’s all I have needed and would highly recommend to gym-goers of all levels.

Ps: this is the oldest gym in Venice!

I stayed in Venice for a while and found this gym. I love the gym and the Italian owner. This gym is very clean and has old-school technogym equipment. Every person in the gym is very kind and friendly.

체육관이 아주 깨끗하고 좋습니다. 기구가 많지는 않지만 모두 잘 관리되어있습니다. 특히, 사장님이 엄청 친절하고 체육관에 있는 모든 사람들이 외국인들에게 친절해요. 베니스 기차역 주변에 머무른다면 꼭 다시 방문할 헬스장입니다.

Fantastic retro-style gym, very clean and friendly staff. Only 10 euro for a session (non-members) so it's perfect for people travelling and want to get a workout in. Highly recommend!

Non bastano 5 stelle per descrivere Mauro e la sua palestra, ed è anche difficile trovare le parole giuste per dire quanto sia bravo e presente.
Non importa quanto la palestra sia piena, Mauro è lì a controllarti e aiutarti.

Devo anche dire che è grazie a lui che ho sviluppato una passione per la sala attrezzi ed è anche grazie a lui che ora cammino con la schiena dritta e non tengo le spalle storte

Habe auf der Durchreise einmal dort trainiert, das Gym ist klein aber dennoch super ausgestattet. Habe Beine trainiert und dafür ist auf jeden Fall alles da was man braucht. Die Maschinen waren super, besser als die in dem Gym wo ich zuhause immer trainier, würde sie am liebsten mitnehmen.😂 Feeling im Muskel war mega. Der Trainer war sehr hilfsbereit, half mir bei der Einstellung der Geräte und kümmerte sich allgemein sehr gut um alle die gerade trainierten, gab Tipps und spottete bei schweren Sätzen. Bin ich von zuhause nicht gewohnt, war also positiv überrascht. Tagesticket kostet 10€. Wenn ich wieder in der Gegend bin komme ich gerne wieder hier hin.😊😊

Great local gym. Small but has all the necessary free weights, machines, and treadmills. I was visiting from the US and staying near the Venice train station. This gym is only a 7 min walk. When you arrive, there is a gate. Press the button to alert the gentleman at the front desk and he will open the gate. The gym asks that you bring gym shoes (they prefer that you not wear the same shoe from the street). Also the ask that you bring a towel to wipe down the equipment and a photo i.d. The cost is 10 euros. They have a locker room to change clothes and shower. I worked out there twice and had a great experience.

A small gym but very friendly and welcoming. The equipment is old Techno Gym but there is enough here for a decent workout. I would be happy to return.

€10 per day but I was give a discount as I was only there 2 days. It was much appreciated.

Absolutely brilliant gym.
Staying in a hostel just up the road from this gym and thought I’d give it a go. The equipment was great and the owner was absolutely lovely and spoke great English. Was happy to let me have a day pass for the gym and only cost 8 quid.
Make sure you bring a towel and a spare pair of trainers when you go to this gym as the owner advises !!

Mauro is the owner and he is always there. He is extremely friendly and helpful. € 10 day pass. He does request that you not wear street shoes in the gym (bring another clean pair to change into) and that you bring your own towel to cover benches where you sit or lay down. They do have free barbells, but the number of racks is limited. And the plates are smaller in diameter than Olympic plates. It’s not usually very crowded though.
