Mi alleno qui da circa sei mesi per essere più performante in uno sport da combattimento che pratico. Sono molto contento dei risultati, chi si allena quasi tutti giorni al Gallo Nero ha un condizionamento fisico invidiabile.
Le sessioni di allenamento sono molto varie..non ci si annoia mai!

June 2025. I Texted the owner at website listed phone and he made arrangements for me to drop in. The instructor and members were very accommodating. Great class warmup. WOD/Strength were on the board in English. Even though verbal instructions were in Italian, the Instructor made sure to translate and provide ample cues. Definitely recommend and will plan to return if ever in Florence again.

L’ambiente non è grandissimo ma questa non è una pecca, anzi forse è il segreto per la riuscita di questa attività.

My girlfriend and I dropped in here twice when travelling Florence and absolutely loved it. The coaches and members were all so welcoming, the gym was very well equipped and the workouts were great. Highly recommend to anyone thinking about dropping in. Just give the guys a call on the mobile numbers on the website to confirm the drop in before hand. Don’t worry if your Italian is not up to scratch, all the coaches spoke perfect English. Drop in was 20 euros. Heads up that cash is preferable when dropping in.

We loved our drop ins to CrossFit Gallo Nero on our travels in Florence. Thomas was super accommodating and welcoming. He was easy to reach via WhatsApp to book in for either open gym or classes. The facilities and equipment were great!

Friendly staffs who speak English. Very welcoming gym crews. Every weight plates starting from 1kg to 25kg. Large open space enough to fit rowing machines and cycle. Kettlebells gym-balls, everything is ready. The claiming ropes are wonderful too.

The place worth coming after driving for 45 minutes from Panzano.

It’s 20 euro for one day training but I got a discount for doing 5 days session. Perfect place for powerlifters and fitness enthusiasts ,looking for solid gym experience during holiday.

Week end fuori porta, chiamo il box più vicino a me e partecipo alle classe del sabato mattina ore 11.00. Che dire il coach Thomas competente e che ha saputo mettermi subito a mio agio e il box molto bello e completo per tutte le skill e compagni di wod molto simpatici. Grazie Gallo nero a presto 🤗

A Firenze x lavoro cercando su google trovo questo box a pochi km dall'albergo.
Che dire, prenotato un posto per la classe delle 18:30, entro e subito mi sento come a casa. Sia il coach,simpaticissimo e molto preparato, sia tutti i ragazzi della classe mi hanno subito messo a mio agio.
Wod bello tosto ed ovviamente alla fine ti senti spompato ma super soddisfatto!!!
Se dovessi ricapitare in zona in futuro so già a chi rivolgermi x passare una bella oretta!!!

Great gym! The coaches are very friendly and accommodating. We visited almost every day for a week while staying in Florence and found the gym to be well equipped for our needs, clean and very welcoming. It is not far from the center of Florence, you can take a bus directly there. I was staying in Gavinana and it only took 15 minutes by bus. Great spot--go!

I did a drop in here during my holiday in florence. Great box, I had a great coach, I met lovely and very welcoming members, the equipment is good(some of it even seemed very new) and it's situated in a beautiful building. Also enjoyed the programming/wod. Would love to visit here again. Recommended!
