Frequento volentieri questa palestra perché è ben attrezzata, i proprietari sono disponibili a dare consigli ed aiutare a fare un percorso personalizzato. Gli spogliatoi sono ampi, puliti e ci sono armadietti che si possono noleggiare per lasciare ciò che serve per la palestra senza portare tutto a casa. In alternativa ci sono piccoli box gratuiti nei quali lasciare oggetti preziosi, telefono portafoglio eccetera

Finally Levanto got a gym and not only a gym but a really good one! Good machines but also pretty good of free weights. Also location is good (around 1 km from the train station) and there is plenty parking space. Very friendly and helpful stuff.

So I've been coming to Levanto Italy for several years now. We love Levanto, its our special place. The only issue was there wasn't a gym in town and I like to workout with weights wherever I go. So this was always a problem, not anymore. Muscle and Fitness gym is perfect. They have something for everyone. If your a cardio person, they have treadmills and stair machines, and if you like machines or cable machines, they have that too. They also have free weight dumbbells up to 50kg which is plenty for most of us. The weights were always organized neatly and people actually put them back and strip the machines when finished! Amazing!. Now I have no excuse but to continue to come back to Levanto just for the gym! Ciao from San Francisco

Habe mich für meinen Urlaub in Levanto nach einem Gym umgesehen und bin auf dieses gestoßen. Ein Tagespass gibt es hier zu einem guten Preis und zusätzlich sind die Maschinen sehr hochwertig, man merkt, dass die Besitzer sich gut auskennen. Auch das Personal ist hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Siamo stati veramente bene! La palestra è estremamente pulita, ambiente spazioso e fresco. La presenza di una così vasta scelta di macchinari permette veramente di potersi allenare bene e soprattutto in modo completo.
Grande flessibilità di orari ( aperta orario continuato dal mattino presto alla sera). Complimenti ai proprietari, che con amore hanno aperto una vera chicca a Levanto! Consiglio a tutti gli appassionati di palestra una visita assolutamente .

Great gym. I'm an old-school hobby lifter and Crossfit enthusiast, and normally favour free weights. They have that too, however, the Panatta machines in this gym are the best I've ever experienced.

Cheap too, 10€ for drop-in.
