It’s been a while, but better late than never!

If you’re looking for a place to stay in Como, this is the one! We arrived after a long drive with our pickup truck, and having a great private car park was really important for us, especially because we had a tent box on top of our car.

We came with our moms and our dog. It’s not easy to find a truly dog-friendly place, but these guys are here for you! You can tell the owners are dog lovers who want everyone to enjoy the Como experience — and we really appreciated that.

The apartment was spacious, modern, and super comfortable. Hopefully we’ll have the chance to come back!

We loved the place, the room and the area. It is a great place to stay. We were in a 2 persons room with a sleeping couch. The couch was very uncomfortable to sleep on and it made a lot of noise. It would be nice if the owner would put a normal bed in. Room and the rest was top!

We had a great stay at Residence Lake Como.
The access to the residence can feel a bit awkward the first time you arrive, but once you figure it out, it’s fine.
Our apartment was very spacious and clean, and the residence itself is well located, close to restaurants, shops, and more.
Not all staff members speak English fluently, but they do their best, and communication was never really an issue.

One thing worth mentioning: the residence is located about 10 meters from a railway line. During our stay, there were works, so no trains were running, but I can imagine that if trains pass every hour while you’re relaxing at the pool, it might make the stay a little less peaceful.

Also, the fitness area really is a bit of a “pain cave” — it’s located in the basement and has a very musty smell.

Fantastic stay in a lovely apartment/self catering accommodation. Lovely staff, very very clean communal areas (pool, sun loungers, seating etc). The accommodation was perfect for us (family of 5). Stones throw away from the lake, restaurants, cafes etc. Private/secure parking too 🎉

Residence fedele alle fotografie (se non meglio).
Appartamenti pulitissimi, doccia grande e confortevole, piscina perfetta, buona utenza.
Eleonora (la proprietaria) attenta, cordiale e molto disponibile.
Posizione eccezionale, fronte lago e a due passi da qualsiasi bar o ristorante.
Frequentiamo Colico da sempre e per la prima volta abbiamo trovato una gemma rara e un punto di riferimento per i prossimi anni.
Complimenti per l’impegno e la qualità a 360 gradi.

Ein wunderschönes Hotel mit wunderschönen Apartments. Die Lage ist top, gerade einmal 400 m zum See und direkt im Zentrum gelegen. Parkplätze sind auch vor Ort. Man muss nicht weit laufen. Die Poolanlage ist sehr schön angelegt und wirklich sehr sehr gepflegt. Das Personal ist Extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Kann es nur mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Es gibt auch einen kleinen Spielraum und einen Fitnessraum.

So schön. Perfekter Ort für Urlaub am Comer See. Tolle Wohnung, mit Klimaanlage. See nur 3 Minuten entfernt. Gute Restaurants fußläufig zu erreichen. Bahnhof nur 10 Minuten entfernt. Echt top. Gastgeber sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sprechen Englisch und Italienisch.

Splendida struttura nel cuore di Colico. Appartamenti impeccabili, puliti, curati, dotati di ogni confort con grandi balconi per potersi gustare al meglio la colazione. Delizioso, piccolo, accogliente bar. Personale disponibile, gentilissimo, preparato. Zona piscina perfetta. Graditissimo omaggio di una bottiglia di prosecco e di acqua nonché la possibilità di avere un drink offerto al vicino locale sulle rive del lago Portovino.Non c'è niente di negativo. Consigliatissimo.

La résidence est très jolie, les installations sont neuves, les lieux sont très propres et modernes.

Wat een geweldig appartement op een fijne plek.
Met ons gezin, 6 volwassenen en 1 kind, verbleven wij een week in Residence Lake Como.
Alles was 100%!
Fijne ontvangst met uitleg en een flesje bubbels op de kamer.
Kamers zijn ruim, modern en schoon.
Ontbijt was prima, leuk met afwisseling in het fruit.
Fijn zwembad en zonneterras.
Drankjes bestellen aan het zwembad ook superfijn.
We hadden geen problemen met de trein die af en toe voorbij komt.
Midden in het dorp met parkeerplaats. Dichtbij het meer, restaurants, boulevard en het strand.
Genoeg te zien in de omgeving, dank voor de tips, Eleonora!
Kortom;
alles aanwezig voor een topverblijf!!

Nette schone kamer, accommodatie ook schoon en netjes. Dichtbij het centrum en het meer. Enige nadeel dat het wel erg dicht bij het spoor ligt. De trein was dan in onze kamer duidelijk hoorbaar.
