Ogni volta che scendo giù in Sicilia mi trovo in questa bellissima palestra, molto pulito e ordinata con dei macchinari di ultima generazione per ogni singolo gruppo muscolare.
I proprietari sono molto competenti.

This gym is probably the best gym I’ve gone to in the past two years. I travel a lot and it’s always really difficult to find a good gym in new places. I stayed in Avola for 3 months and this was the gym I came to first. I ended up falling in love with it! It has all the possible machines you’d need, a squat rack, a smith machine and plenty of dumbbells. My boyfriend visited for a month and he was also very impressed with the machine selection. The two best things about this gym however are the fact that you almost NEVER have to wait to use any machines (in 3 months going 5x a week I waited maybe 4 times total), it is never crowded, and the fact that the owners are absolutely the kindest people, always so willing to help and adjust and make sure you’re getting the most out of your workout. I wish I could transport this gym with me on my travels lol I loved it that much!

Palestra molto tranquilla, molto fornita di macchinari e manubri, consigliata anche per il prezzo che è accessibile a tutti (per i minorenni è 30€), inoltre è possibile acquistare prodotti come creatina, proteine ecc.. c'è anche una macchinetta per le bibite

Privately owned gym. Very nice clientele, and owner. Can get a bit toasty during the summer (no AC), but it's a nice sweat! Equipment is well maintained and they have good hours.

If you're in Avola and need a workout, I recommend it!
