Giuseppe e i ragazzi sono gentili e ti seguono al millimetro ogni cosa che tu fai, c'è tanto dialogo, sono costruttivi, simpatici, tranquilli e non si disturbano neanche se chiedi come si fa un esercizio che non hai appreso appieno. Mai visto niente di simile in molte palestre che ho frequentato e devo dire che questo è il posto che consiglio a tutti quelli che amano questo tipo di campo. Fidatevi non ve ne pentirete minimamente😉. Davvero complimenti 👏👏

After having travelled to Rome and then Sicily visiting 5 gyms along the way this is the best facility by far for powerlifting. They have calibrated kilos plates. Power bars. SSB bars. Chalk is allowed. Deadlift platforms. Combo racks. Just a real honest powerlifting gym. The owner is an amazing guy. An accomplished athlete and also a great business owner. Highly recommend this place for your gym needs.

Visited this gym on two occasions while staying a week in Giardini-Naxos. I used my walk from Spiaggia San Giovanni as my warm up and cool down.

This gym is fantastic. It gives vibes of the old Schwarzenegger film "Pumping Iron".

The gym has all necessary equipment for bodybuilders,power lifters, or anythingin between. Plenty of racks and barbells for compound lifts and dumbells, cable system, and other machines for isolation work. Treadmill available as well.

Changing rooms with shower available ad well.

The owner was amazingly kind and everyone in the gym was welcoming as well.

This gym lacked nothing equipmentwise in comparison to my commercial gym back home. If I lived here this would be my gym.

This gym offers good quality equipment for streetlifting, powerlifting and calisthenics, and got all the essentials for getting in a good workout, no matter what type of block you got in your program. Guiseppe has put together a nice and welcoming community of various backgrounds. Also the entry fee is cheap! Definitely a gym worth visiting if you're near Naxos.

If you’re visiting from out of town THIS is the best! Everything you need for strength training going up to 50 kilo dumbells and everything u need for stretching or cardio. They also have a mat area for calisthenics. There are both men and women here so there is something for everyone. Super happy to be here!
