I need to lay some context out before I write this review.

I am a person that’s always been slightly fearful of gym culture, has never been particularly active in my life, and also struggles with multiple sclerosis which has changed the reality of my mobility severely.

I’m also an American. Coming from the outside I could never have expected the warm, professionalism, education and point blank fun I found at this gym.

Giuseppe is a treasure. Extremely educated and expert, with a joyful passion that makes even a complainer like me enjoy the workout.

I chose personal training sessions with with him, and I’ve never been so consistent with anything ever. And the results were just beyond what I ever could’ve imagined for myself and my body.

However, beyond that, the vibe at the gym even during open hours is a testament to the culture that he’s created. It’s fun, light, conviviale and there’s no sense of shame. Everyone creates such a positive space together. You really feel to be in community, and Giuseppe is always there full of help and information.

I can’t recommend this gym enough. Plus the music is fabulous!

Great gym. Grazie Giuseppe! Was visiting Salina and went twice. You have to walk around the house to find it, down the stairs at the back. Look for the blue carpet at the top of the stairs

We are visiting Salina and had the best personal training session with Giuseppe yesterday. Highly recommend him - and his gym is very well equipped and clean!

We stayed on Salina for 3 days and visited the ASD Temple Gym. Great experience: everything present for a good workout. Would definitely recommend if you’re staying on the island and looking for a gym!

Took me over 1h to get there only to find out it was „closed“, but strangely there were people there.. also double checked with my hotel signum that they are open that day.
