Me and my girlfriend have been on holiday in Ischia for 3 days and purchased the 3 day gym pass which was a very good and affordable price. The gym is brilliant, it’s the perfect mix of an old school gym, but with modern equipment (such as Panatta machines which are rare to find from where I am from in the UK and were a joy to train on, the dumbbells go up to 50kg which is also a bonus, it has power racks, a competition bench press, honestly everything you could ever need from a gym) . The gym has a very welcoming atmosphere and has a wide range of clientele training there which is really nice to see, everyone would feel more than comfortable training at this gym. The seperate rooms for stretching and all of the cardio equipment such as treadmills, stair masters and more are a great addition as well. It’s reignited my passion for bodybuilding again.

Loved having access to the gym during my stay on Ischia. The day pass was very affordable. Everyone—from the owner to the members—was incredibly welcoming and friendly.

The gym has everything you need for a great workout and you can tell there’s a strong sense of community. If I’m ever back on the island, I’ll definitely be returning.

Perfect gym for a workout while you are on holiday on the island 🏝️😃 well equipped and great opening hours!! I arrived at the gym very early, around 7am, and Gennaro welcomed me and gave me some tips on squatting. He’s very competent, and his English is excellent!
