Belle grande chambre, rustique mais confortable et propre. Un peu sombre, dû au style, la possibilité d'un éclairage un peu plus intense pourrait s'avérer agréable à certains moments. Accueil chaleureux, ensemble du personnel serviable et agréable. Buffet petit déjeuner varié et copieux. Le restaurant de l'hôtel propose une cuisine du terroir de bonne qualité, variée, copieuse et très bonne. |Belle piscine, même si nous n'en avons pas profité durant notre séjour.

Abbiamo cenato presso il bistro essendo di passaggio. Atmosfera accogliente, posto caratteristico e tenuto molto bene. Servizio impeccabile. Un particolare accenno alla cucina: cibo SPETTACOLARE. Personale cortese e papagallino Fly alla reception super coccolone. Torneremo senz'altro.

Ausserordentlich geschmackvolle und sorgfältig eingerichtete Zimmer in einem beeindruckenden historischen Gebäude. Sehr freundlicher Empfang und Service, sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Das hoteleigene Restaurant ist ebenfalls sehr zu empfehlen.

Una splendida esperienza per la cura delle camere il contesto ma anche la colazione è davvero molto curata. Consiglio a tutti di provare il ristorante che è fatto di grande atmosfera e bei piatti con una lista di vini curata e prezzi corretti

Bellissima struttura con bagno turco e vasca idromassaggio, letti comodissimi, colazione straordinaria con ingredienti eccezionali. Personale gentilissimo. Anche il ristorante dell’hotel è degno delle migliori guide stellate. Una vera coccola

Ambiente ricco di fascino. Camera bella, curata con dettagli di gusto: macchina per l’espresso, bottiglia refill di acqua, e tisane. Colazione ottima: prodotti di qualità e ricercati. Cena ottima: consiglio i tagliolini ragù e tartufo!

The location of this hotel is fantastic, in a secluded village close to Vicolungo and Navarro but it does feel remote and you certainly need a car to get around. ||Admittedly I did stay here in low season and I didn’t realise the restaurant and bar are closed on Mondays so I was a little stuck for food options. There are no options. None. Zero. So if staying here on a Monday then beware - you gotta travel for munchies and the taxi they offered to call me to go to a nearby town was daylight robbery at best (even Dick Turpin wore a mask). ||The pool was also closed (the weather was awful to be fair) and it turned out I was the only guest which was a little strange. ||The service and welcome was fantastic, I cannot fault the check in experience and checkout and despite me being the only guest they provided a small breakfast on request. ||The rooms are historical and classic but the bed was very comfy and the bedding fantastic. The bathroom was great and the shower bit with good shower pressure. The room was immaculately clean and also had power sockets next to the bed which is always a win. Loved Netflix on the tv in the room. ||I can imagine this is an incredible place to stay in the summer. We expected a quiet place. However, at the venue next door, a wedding caused a lot of noise until late in the evening. (We were guaranteed that all would be silent at 9pm - not.) Also check-in was rather quick and unpersonal. No explanation about activitities, walls, etc what so ever.|Breakfast was nice. Clearly it is a hotel with a lot of history. With respect for that, I would rather not call this a “resort”.

Esperienza davvero ottima!!! Ho cenato in questo ristorante dopo diversi anni in cui non venivo e…devo dire che mi sono trovata benissimo. Ho avuto l’occasione di mangiare la tartare di manzo tagliata al coltello e posso dire che era di qualità e tenerissima, così come il controfiletto. Oltre a questo ho assaggiato anche la parmigiana: come si vede dalla foto, la presentazione è veramente originale ed artistica (il gusto era squisito). Il coniglio era perfettamente disossato e ben cotto, ed infine il dolce era veramente realizzato a regola d’arte…una parola vorrei dirla anche sul personale, di una cortesia ormai rara! Sono stati veramente premurosi durante la cena, e si sono accertati che tutto fosse andato per il meglio. Ultimissima osservazione: da amante dei ristoranti, so bene che dal pane si capisce tanto di un luogo. Ecco, qui troverete una varietà di pani interessante. Consiglio vivamente quelli alle noci!!! Tornerò sicuramente per provare qualche proposta anche di pesce.

È stata un' esperienza fantastica. Un ambiente quasi da film. La gentilezza di tutti in primo piano. Il menù è volutamente ristretto e curato. Abbiamo mangiato da dio. Davvero attenti al dettaglio. Prodotti locali ed una lista vini come fosse dedicata ad ogni sapore sul menù. Il dolce merita una dedica perché raramente abbiamo gustato qualcosa di così bilanciato ed interessante ad ogni forchetta. Grazie a tutti per la fantastica esperienza. Siamo arrivati con un fantastico ricordo del posto e siamo andati via stasera con lo stesso calore nel cuore dell' ultima volta.

Great historical hotel in a house from 1460. The rooms are spacious and well decorated. Could use a little refreshment but still remains charming. The service is good at the hotel and excellent at the restaurant! The hibou restaurant is excellent for both dinner and breakfast. Service was more than perfect and the food quality and refinement is exquisite. Excellent overall!
