Alpha Gym is everything a local gym should be — clean, friendly, and easy. They offer reasonably priced drop-in visits, you can even pay via WhatsApp, and they’ve got all the equipment you need without the overcomplication or attitude you find elsewhere.

The owners and manager are a pleasure to deal with — genuinely friendly, approachable, and helpful — a refreshing contrast to some nearby gyms. It’s the kind of place where you feel welcome from the moment you walk in.

Well worth its star rating and the recommendation it gets. And if you’re coming from a nearby town, the drive is short, pleasant, and picturesque — a great warm-up before the real workout.

Very nice gym. Old style so you can work hard with pleasure. You have all the machines for all parts of the muscles. And it is very near a village named Cala Gonone, a wanderful place to visit and to take trips !

Tolles Gym mit allem was man benötigt. Tageskarte für 10€ erhältlich. Geht unkompliziert via WhatsApp. Man bekommt einen Bezahllink zugeschickt.

Sono stata in questa palestra per un mese durante le mie ferie e ho trovato tutto ciò di cui avevo bisogno e anche di più. Francesco è stato molto gentile e disponibile, e ha anche elaborato un piano di allenamento personalizzato per noi. Consiglio!

Séance réalisée pendant notre séjour à Dorgali. Petit salle qui a les machines suffisantes pour pouvoir faire un entraînement correct en vacances.
Vestiaire avec toilette, douche.
Personnel non présent mais nous avons échangé par whatsapp et laissé l'argent dans la boîte aux lettres. Confiance ++
1 séance = 10 euros
3 séances = 25 euros

Gute gym und man hat alles was man braucht. Die Leute sind auch sehr nett und jeder hilft sofort. Wenn der Besitztümer mal nicht da ist haben wir das Geld einfach in den Briefkasten getan und ihm über insta Bescheid gegeben :) gute Training Sportsfreunde!

Estaba de vacaciones en cala ganone y que bueno que encontré este gimnasio! Tiene todo lo que necesita para entrenarte. La gente es muy agradable y también hay duchas por si lo necesitas.

Enjoyed a single drop-in session at this great gym whilst on holidays in nearby Cala Gonone. Was well priced, friendly staff and locals and great equipment. Squat rack, free weights, loads of machines, plus a separate room presumably for circuit workouts/ classes. Also had rowers and spin bikes.
There was also a great ladies change room and two showers (with shower products!), so I could have a quick shower to freshen up before we went on to lunch.
Just wish we had discovered it on day 1 of our 5 days in the area!

Great gym, excellent equipment, fantastic atmosphere, and friendly staff/locals. When I went I just asked (well Google did) who to pay and it was 10 euros for a day pass. Oly bars, squat rack, lots of machines, CrossFit type space and lots of cardio machines too. Can't recommend highly enough, if you're in cala ganone or dorgali and want a workout this is the place. Easy parking at the supermarket across the road too
