Amazing gym with great equipment. Nice selection of machines and the dumbbell and barbell area is also amazing. Every connoisseur of strength training should get his/her money worth. Suitable for powerlifting training, as great bars, bumper plates and squatrack/deadlift platform are avaiable. They also have a competition rack.

Piacevole scoperta! Una palestra ideale per allenarsi anche durante le vacanze: ampia, pulita e dotata di macchinari moderni che coprono tutti i distretti muscolari. Ottima la possibilità di sottoscrivere pacchetti dedicati a chi si trova in zona solo occasionalmente.

Sport ist mein Leben und, als ich beschloss für zwei Monate nach Sardinen zu fahren, war es mir sehr wichtig ein schönes, sauberes, gut ausgestattetes und freundliches Gym zu finden.
Nach kurzer Recherche hatte ich mich für dieses Gym endschieden.
Stefano der Inhaber hat mich sehr freundlich begrüsst.
Das Gym ist sehr gut ausgestattet, mit neuen wie alten Geräten.
Alle funktionieren sehr gut und an Gewichten, Griffen, Zughilfen, verschiedene Lang- und Kurzhanteln, Gummibändern und Kursangeboten mangelt es nicht.
Cardio Geräte sind ebenfalls in verschiedenen Varianten vorhanden.
Die Dusche habe ich nie genutzt, da ich drei Auto Minuten vom Gym wohnte.
Aber die Toiletten waren in die Jahre gekommen aber sehr sauber.
Das Personal ist ebenfalls sehr freundlich und entgegenkommen, manche arbeiten bereits seit 12 Jahren dort. (Sprich auch schon beim Vorbesitzer.)
Ich kann es einfach nur weiterempfehlen.
Und ich wünsche Stefano und sein Mitarbeiter noch viel Erfolg für die Zukunft.

Dopo aver girato 3 palestra a Tortolì,sono riuscito a trovare LA PALESTRA ,adatta alla mie esigenze.. all'ingresso un ragazzo di bella presenza educato,mi invita a visitare la palestra.
(Cosa rara)A primo impatto mi accorgo subito della vastità e varietà di attrezzature in uno spazio enorme e ben organizzato. ambiente fresco e pulito .clientele educata e poco cosinosa. Attrezzi sempre scarichi e zero "sbatti attrezzi" con urlatori .
Come si dice a Livorno (c'è ne fusse)

The best gym I’ve ever been to in Italy.
So clean, spacious, with AC, wide range of cool machines, some of them I tried for the first time. Everything is in great condition. Cool playlist, my husband and I refused putting on our headphones and agreed the music was better that in many night clubs nowadays 🤣
You can see that there is a lot of passion put into it. At the same time, extremely fair prices. Wish this place and their management all the best!!!

We were looking for a gym nearby whilst on holiday and they were very accommodating. Well air conditioned in the main part and lots of apparatus to use for strength training. Visited twice and can just pay as a you go. Highly recommend.
