Absolut enttäuschend! Die Geräte sind oft defekt oder schlecht gewartet, sodass man ständig auf Ausweichmöglichkeiten angewiesen ist. Der Trainingsbereich wirkt überfüllt und unübersichtlich, gerade zu Stoßzeiten ist kaum Platz zum vernünftigen Trainieren. Die Sauberkeit lässt ebenfalls sehr zu wünschen übrig – Schweißreste an Geräten und auf Böden sind keine Seltenheit.

Das Personal ist kaum präsent und wirkt oft unmotiviert. Fragen oder Anliegen werden entweder ignoriert oder sehr knapp beantwortet. Ein freundlicher Umgangston ist leider Mangelware.

Die Vertragskonditionen sind unübersichtlich und bei der Kündigung wird es richtig kompliziert, man fühlt sich eher in eine Falle gelockt. Für den relativ hohen Preis bekommt man definitiv kein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis geboten.

Insgesamt ein Gym, das eher frustriert als motiviert – hier trainiert man besser woanders.

Non sono d'accordo sugli aumenti della retta mensile è arrivata a 95 €, con cento euro mensili sto pensando di farmi una palestra a casa, siete troppo cari! e non sono il solo a pensarla così!

The gym is fine and quite modern but is too small for the amount of users. There is usually a long waiting time for the equipment and a big mess in the changing rooms. The membership price is unjustifiably high (90€/month)

First off, the facility is amazing. Great gym with 2 different workout areas and a large selection of machines. Expansive pool section with hot tubs, indoor/outdoor pools, and water slides. It does have a full spa/sauna section that we didn’t try. Offers day passes at around €15 per section you choose to use.

However…. Overcrowded to the point that you cannot access certain areas during certain times. For our time there, they were not accepting any more people to the pool because they were at capacity. While this may be usual for the locals (mostly filled with classes and students), it limited our ability as tourist to enjoy the pool section.
