Well equipped place 😊 We were looking for a gym in Arco to do our workout and here the owner was so kind to let us in between crossfit sessions - we had 1,5h just for ourselves 💪
A day pass is 15 EUR

Great place to train!
This facility is well-equipped – dumbbells, kettlebells and barbells are all neatly organized by weight, there are also resistance bands and everything else you might need for a workout.

The space is clean and has a great atmosphere. The music was on point too, which added to the overall experience.

I appreciate that we had great communication (I asked few questions via WhatsApp on Sunday evening, and next day I had a response already).

Thank you very much for having us during our vacation – we bought a one-time pass for €15 per person, which was totally worth it.

Wishing you all the best with your business – it’s a great spot and I hope it keeps growing!

Made some Dropins with my fiancée during our holidays. Top box. The gym is very well equipped with high-quality gear. Coaches and members were extremely friendly and accommodating. Very hospitable with a great atmosphere! I really hope we can visit Daniel and his team again. All the best until then, and thank you very much!

Ich wollte während meines Urlaubes am Gardasee gerne einen Drop-In buchen und habe die Box via E-Mail, wie auf ihrer Webseite angegeben, diesbezüglich kontaktiert und leider nie eine Antwort auf meine Anfrage erhalten. Sehr schade, ich hätte gerne dort trainiert.

There are plenty of ways to book a lesson like whatsapp, Instagram, facebook... It may happen that the coach misses a mail. We always welcome tourists... So you basically are leaving a review of a service you don't even get...

Very cool box with super friendly owner/coach and welcoming community.
I'm currently on vacation in Riva del Garda, and the box is less than 10 minutes away - so perfectly located.

The booking of the various courses is very convenient via "app palestre", once you have set it up (unfortunately it's in italien language only). The owner was happy to help with everything - even on a Sunday evening 😅

Im Urlaub ein Drop in ist hier für 15€ möglich. 2 Tage vorher habe ich über den Chat Kontakt aufgenommen und angefragt, ob ein einmaliger Besuch für ein Workout im Urlaub möglich ist. Den Zeitplan findet man auf der offiziellen Homepage. Die Box war super ausgestattet und das Workout war toll. Hab mich wohl gefühlt und würde wiederkommen. Einzig und allein hab ich nur kein italienisch verstanden, aber das WOD stand ja an der Tafel und das Team macht es ja vor.

Ich wollte ein Drop-in buchen, leider war das nicht möglich. Auf der Homepage kann man nicht direkt buchen und auf meine WhatsApp Nachricht wurde leider nicht reagiert. Ich hätte mich auf ein Workout gefreut, leider wie so oft bei Crossfit boxen ist der Service schlecht.

Hi Reto, when did you write the message? There is a Number you can call of you don't get any answer and classes are not always available because they might be full.
So, basically, you don't even come ti try our box and you make a bad review about something you didn't even try....

Bei unserem heutigen Coach für einen Drop-In als Touristen nicht wirklich zu empfehlen, wenn man einen gewissen CrossFit-Standard erwartet. Keine eigene Demo der Movements, chaotischer Start und Ende der Workouts ohne klare Ansagen. Insgesamt haben wir uns nicht sonderlich willkommen gefühlt.

I was asking several times for a class drop-in. Box owner wrote a short mail about the possibility of open gym without answering my question.
Drop ins are not welcome in this box.

I please you to remove this, because Daniel, the box owner gave you an answer right after your first email: "Hi Lukas! Do you want to train in the open gym? This is possible from 3.30 pm to 5.30 pm! Let me know ! Daniel"
You wanted to come at 6:15. It is not possible as you can see from the email.
You should be fair and serious when you write a review.
The box welcomes every visitor from monday to friday, either doing the classes or doing open gym, but you've got to respect our rules and schedule.
