palestra grande ma davvero gestita male, uno dei figli del titolare è davvero scorbutico, per non parlare per la bassa qualità dei macchinari e molti una volta rotti non vengono riparati.
spogliatoi davvero piccoli, si fa difficoltà a trovare un posto per lo zaino spesso e volentieri.
sono fortunati che c’è poca competizione qui in busa se no non avrebbe così tanti abbonati.
dispiace perché avrebbe un bel potenziale

Great gym. Little bit hard to find but it is understandable when you are not local. Great customer service and you can buy one time ticket (10€). Good opening times gives big bonus. 😊

Super gutes gym. Tolle und auch exotische Geräte, aber schwer zu finden. Als Tipp für alle anderen: ihr müsst auf das Parkdeck drauf. Der Eingang befindet sich oben. Entweder mit dem Auto oder zu Fuß über die Treppe zwischen den Gebäuden. Gern geschehen.

For the area the gym is decent. Has everything you need. Very tight space with alot of equipment. It is very dorty and toilets need a solid clean. 10€ entry price is expensive for this gym.
Gym is upstairs and hard to find due to no signs.

Max was a very gracious owner. He showed us around the gym and helped explain a couple pieces of equipment we weren’t familiar with. A great variety Yo chose from. Always fun to discover great new places to train while on vacation. It’s important to maintain strength.

Das Studio ist zentral und war nur 5min von meinem Hotel entfernt,allerdings schwer zu finden da nirgends ein Schild zu sehen war. Es ist mitten in einem Gebäudekomplex oben am Dach. Der Besitzer und die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich. Die Atmosphäre war auch gut,selbst am frühen Morgen war das Studio gut besucht. Die flexiblen Öffnungszeiten sind super,so kann man fast jederzeit im Urlaub fit bleiben.
Die Geräte sind in die Jahre gekommen,teilweise gibt es Verletzungsgefahr aufgrund kaputtem Leder zumindest hab ich mir meine Arme bzw Schultern verletzt bei einer Beinmaschiene im Stehen da das Leder komplett zerfetzt war.
Die Ordnung im Studio lässt zu wünschen übrig ,es ist nahezu Katastrophal.Keine Hanteln liegen an ihrem Ort,überall Griffe und Hantelscheiben am Boden verteilt.Nichts ist dort wo es hingehören sollte.Man ist die meiste Zeit mit suchen beschäftigt, keiner der irgendetwas weg räumt oder scheinbar auch keiner,der dort jemals aufräumt.Aber wahrscheinlich ist das italienischer Standard und wir in Deutschland haben dahingehend einfach eine andere Ordnung bzw Kultur und sind verwöhnt

La palestra è situata in una posizione centrale, a soli 5 minuti dal mio hotel, ma è stata difficile da trovare poiché non c’era nessun cartello visibile. Si trova in mezzo a un complesso di edifici, sul tetto. Il proprietario e i dipendenti sono molto gentili. L'atmosfera era piacevole e, anche la mattina presto, la palestra era ben frequentata. Gli orari di apertura flessibili sono ottimi, permettendo di mantenersi in forma in vacanza quasi in qualsiasi momento.

Tuttavia, gli attrezzi sono piuttosto datati, e in alcuni casi rappresentano un pericolo di infortunio a causa del rivestimento in pelle danneggiato. Io stesso mi sono ferito alle braccia e alle spalle usando una macchina per le gambe in piedi, poiché il rivestimento era completamente lacerato.

L'ordine all'interno della palestra lascia molto a desiderare, è quasi catastrofico. I manubri non sono al loro posto, e ci sono maniglie e dischi sparsi ovunque sul pavimento. Niente è dove dovrebbe essere. Si passa la maggior parte del tempo a cercare l’attrezzatura, e sembra che nessuno si preoccupi di rimettere le cose a posto o di fare ordine. Probabilmente questo è lo standard italiano, mentre in Germania abbiamo una cultura dell'ordine diversa e siamo forse abituati a standard più elevati.

La palestra ha un parco macchine eccellente, viene spesso rinnovato con macchinari di ottima qualità e varietà, cosa piuttosto rara nei dintorni.
Prezzi contenuti e vantaggiosi.
Tre stelle perchè son più di 4 mesi che il bagno degli uomini è inaccessibile perchè rotto, maniglia mancante negli spogliatoi sia maschili che femminili.
Non capisco questa mancanza di attenzione in una palestra altrimenti più che ottima.

Ich habe nach einer einmaligen Trainingsgelegenheit in meinem Urlaub gesucht und wurde hier fündig.
Unkompliziert eingecheckt und direkt freundlich auf deutsch oder italienisch empfangen worden.
Die 10€ für einen Tag finde ich absolut in Ordnung.
Wertsachen sollten nicht mitgenommen werden, da es keine Abschließmöglichkeit in der Umkleide gibt.
Das Studio hat eine absolut ausreichende Ausstattung. Diese ist teilweise in die Jahre gekommen. Die Geräte, welche ich benutzt habe, haben allerdings alle super funktioniert.

Etwas negativ aufgefallen ist mir das Durcheinander bei den Hantelscheiben und Kurzhanteln. Da war man leider sehr mit Suchen beschäftigt. Das liegt natürlich hauptsächlich an den Kunden, allerdings wurde dieses Durcheinander vermutlich nicht an einem Tag verursacht und schon länger nicht mehr sortiert.

Die teilweise negativ bewerteten Duschen fand ich auch in Ordnung.

Ich würde jederzeit wieder für ein einzelnes Training vorbei kommen.

I visited the gym four times during my holiday and was thoroughly impressed. The seven-day pass for €40 was well worth it. The gym is spacious with plenty of equipment and dumbbells. I always entered between 7 am and 8 am, even on weekends.

Parking was convenient and free near the local garage shop, just a one-minute walk from the gym. However, I recommend arriving before 8 am as parking can fill up quickly. Overall, an excellent gym experience that I highly recommend!

Located at the top floor of the building. Arrived by car and knew what to expect, however I still had a bit of a problem with finding the right place to park (could not figure out how to get to the top). The gym itself is quite well equipped and you can perform a pretty decent workout for any body part. Equipment are a bit old, but functional. Personnel was very friendly and helpful. One day pass is 10€. Men’s locker has showers. I would recommend for a bodybuilding type of training. If you want to go for power of weightlifting or CrossFit I’d recommend the gym next door.

Il personale è disponibile e professionale. La palestra è grande e piena di attrezzature, alcune un po datate ma tenute abbastanza bene e altre più recenti , alcune particolari ma di grande utilità. Unica pecca, e per questo le 4 anziché 5 stelle, la difficoltà nel trovarla. Io ero ad Arco in vacanza, ho chiamato e molto gentilmente mi hanno dato tutte le informazioni ma per trovarli ho girato parecchio. Poi ho incontrato un ragazzo che ci andava e mi ha indicato il parcheggio e il modo per arrivarci. Mettere qualche cartello aiuterebbe. A parte questo la palestra è ottima per allenarsi alla grande!

Ottima Palestra, le attrezzature nuove e vecchie fanno l'eccellenza di questo centro,un occasione per poter unire Fitness, Bodybuilder, Riabilitazione ecc.., ciò per soddisfare le esigenze di un pubblico vasto.

Consigliato per Turisti, e Residenti.
Parcheggio in loco...orari lavorativi affollato Dopo si parcheggia comodamente.
