Wir (4 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) waren das erste mal am Gardasee und waren sehr begeistert. Die Villa Silvia ist eine der schönsten Unterkünfte, wo wir je waren. Wir waren im Appartment „Wild Rose“! Top ausgestattet, sehr sauber und ein atemberaubender Blick auf den See. Wenn man sich entspannen und erholen will, ist das der perfekte Platz! Zum See sind es nur 2 Fussminuten. Für einen größeren Supermarkt benötigt man ca 10min mit dem Auto. Aber nachdem der Kühlschrank und auch das Gefrierfach groß sind, kann man gleich auf Vorrat einkaufen :-)! Die Pool und Hotelanlage sind top und das eigene Whirlpool auf der Terrasse ebenfalls. Ein großes Dankeschön an die grandiose Gastgeberin! Für jeden Anlass (Restaurants, Ausflugtips, Benutzung des Spas etc) war sie sofort responsive, immer hilfsbereit und sehr sehr nett! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder :-)!

La palestra in questo alloggio è semplicemente eccezionale! Offre tutto il necessario per un allenamento completo e intenso. L'attrezzatura è moderna e ben mantenuta, con una vasta gamma di pesi liberi, macchine e attrezzi per esercizi funzionali. Lo spazio è ampio, permettendo di allenarsi senza problemi anche quando c'è più gente. La pulizia è impeccabile. Dopo una sessione, è fantastico poter passare direttamente alla zona relax, con sauna e bagno turco. Un luogo perfetto per combinare sport e relax, ci tornerei sicuramente!

Tutto splendido! Ho trascorso 2 giorni in totale relax. Ogni appartamento è dotato di vasca idromassaggio (cosa molto apprezzata)
Personale eccezionale e super disponibile. La piscina in comune, oltre ad essere molto bella, ha sempre una temperatura controllata e questo ci ha permesso di poter fare il bagno anche al tramonto.

Wir konnten hier einen schönen Urlaub mit Training und Erholung verbringen. Sehr schöne und gepflegte Anlage mit zahlreichen Annehmlichkeiten: Pool mit Seeblick, Wellness mit Sauna und Dampfbad, Außenküche und einem top ausgestatteten Gym.

Von dem Moment an, als wir die Anlage betraten, wussten wir, dass wir einen besonderen Ort gefunden hatten. Die **Trainingsstätte** war mit modernsten Geräten ausgestattet, die perfekt für unsere morgendlichen Workouts geeignet waren. Der **Pool und Spa-Bereich** bot die ideale Kombination aus Entspannung und Luxus – genau das, was man sich von einem Urlaub erträumt.

Was diesen Ort jedoch wirklich einzigartig macht, ist seine Lage. Nur **5 Minuten zu Fuß** und man steht am Ufer des atemberaubenden **Gardasees**, umgeben von einer Landschaft, die zum Verweilen einlädt. Ob Sie auf der Suche nach einem ruhigen Ort zum Entspannen oder einem Ausgangspunkt für Abenteuer sind, hier finden Sie beides.

Ich kann diese Ferienunterkunft ohne zu zögern weiterempfehlen. Sie bietet nicht nur **perfekte Annehmlichkeiten**, sondern auch eine unschlagbare Lage, die Ihren Aufenthalt unvergesslich macht.

Die Unterkunft ist super! Es ist alles sehr sauber und unglaublich gut ausgestattet. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und wir haben super dort geschlafen. Das HomeGym ist für jeden Kraftsportler der Urlaub macht ein Traum. Vom Pool aus hat man eine wunderschöne Sicht auf den Gardasee. In 2 Minuten Fußweg kann man in einem kleinen Café am Gardasee einen Kaffee trinken. Die Besitzer sind auch sehr nett und zuvorkommend! Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Fantastico alloggio per una vacanza di sport di forza! Letti molto comodi. Anche sul divano letto ci si sente come in un letto normale. La cucina è ben attrezzata per consentire l'autosufficienza. I punti salienti sono la vasca idromassaggio, che può essere riscaldata fino a 40 gradi, e l'area spa con sauna e bagno turco. La palestra in loco offre attrezzature sufficienti per sessioni di allenamento intense. Nelle vicinanze si trova una bellissima caffetteria sul lungomare, raggiungibile a piedi. Tornerei senz'altro!

I had the great pleasure of spending a few days in this wonderful flat and I can only warmly recommend it.

The flat is tastefully furnished and exudes a cosy atmosphere. The modern furnishings combined with lovingly selected details made my stay very pleasant. The bathroom was a highlight: spotlessly clean and equipped with all the amenities you could wish for.

The kitchen is excellently equipped, so that nothing is missing if you want to cook for yourself. I particularly appreciated the coffee machine and dishwasher, as they make everyday life much easier.

Another big plus point is the location of the flat. It is in a quiet, yet central neighbourhood, which means that many sights and good restaurants are within walking distance.

The host was extremely accommodating and was always available to answer questions. Communication was smooth and he did everything he could to make my stay as pleasant as possible.

All in all, this flat exceeded my expectations. The combination of comfort, style and hospitality makes it a perfect choice for anyone who wants to enjoy an unforgettable stay. I will definitely be back and highly recommend it to anyone!
