a small wholesome gym. very friendly staff and climbers. as a scotsman in italy it was nice to be greeted with such a warm welcome and guided with such genuine interest. don’t let the size fool you there are some fun challenging routes for everyone.

Wir sind zwei Mal extra nach Imperia gefahren, nur um festzustellen, dass der Laden geschlossen hat. Das erste Mal hing ein Urlaubsschild bis zum 27.08 da, beim zweiten Mal waren die Läden, ohne ersichtlichen Grund geschlossen.
Teilt doch mit, dass ihr geschlossen habt!

The service is good, the guys working there are very friendly and they speak English.

It might be the best bouldering gym in Imperia, but only for the simple reason that it is the only bouldering gym in Imperia.

The markings of the routes are very confusing and sometimes not there as they are made up of little stickers that seem to fall off easily.
Sadly you spend more time looking for routes that are properly marked than you do actually climbing which is a shame.

The walls are not friction walls. Just a heads up to whoever were wondering about that.

The holds are okay.

The mattress is not in one piece, but is but together in modules, but sadly it is done quite poorly which results in wide gaps in which there are also wooden beams hidden so watch where you land.

I might be biased writing this review, coming from the bigger gyms in Germany.
