It’s been a while, but better late than never!

If you’re looking for a place to stay in Como, this is the one! We arrived after a long drive with our pickup truck, and having a great private car park was really important for us, especially because we had a tent box on top of our car.

We came with our moms and our dog. It’s not easy to find a truly dog-friendly place, but these guys are here for you! You can tell the owners are dog lovers who want everyone to enjoy the Como experience — and we really appreciated that.

The apartment was spacious, modern, and super comfortable. Hopefully we’ll have the chance to come back!

We loved the place, the room and the area. It is a great place to stay. We were in a 2 persons room with a sleeping couch. The couch was very uncomfortable to sleep on and it made a lot of noise. It would be nice if the owner would put a normal bed in. Room and the rest was top!

We had a great stay at Residence Lake Como.
The access to the residence can feel a bit awkward the first time you arrive, but once you figure it out, it’s fine.
Our apartment was very spacious and clean, and the residence itself is well located, close to restaurants, shops, and more.
Not all staff members speak English fluently, but they do their best, and communication was never really an issue.

One thing worth mentioning: the residence is located about 10 meters from a railway line. During our stay, there were works, so no trains were running, but I can imagine that if trains pass every hour while you’re relaxing at the pool, it might make the stay a little less peaceful.

Also, the fitness area really is a bit of a “pain cave” — it’s located in the basement and has a very musty smell.

Fantastic stay in a lovely apartment/self catering accommodation. Lovely staff, very very clean communal areas (pool, sun loungers, seating etc). The accommodation was perfect for us (family of 5). Stones throw away from the lake, restaurants, cafes etc. Private/secure parking too 🎉

Residence fedele alle fotografie (se non meglio).
Appartamenti pulitissimi, doccia grande e confortevole, piscina perfetta, buona utenza.
Eleonora (la proprietaria) attenta, cordiale e molto disponibile.
Posizione eccezionale, fronte lago e a due passi da qualsiasi bar o ristorante.
Frequentiamo Colico da sempre e per la prima volta abbiamo trovato una gemma rara e un punto di riferimento per i prossimi anni.

Ein wunderschönes Hotel mit wunderschönen Apartments. Die Lage ist top, gerade einmal 400 m zum See und direkt im Zentrum gelegen. Parkplätze sind auch vor Ort. Man muss nicht weit laufen. Die Poolanlage ist sehr schön angelegt und wirklich sehr sehr gepflegt. Das Personal ist Extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Kann es nur mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Es gibt auch einen kleinen Spielraum und einen Fitnessraum.

So schön. Perfekter Ort für Urlaub am Comer See. Tolle Wohnung, mit Klimaanlage. See nur 3 Minuten entfernt. Gute Restaurants fußläufig zu erreichen. Bahnhof nur 10 Minuten entfernt. Echt top. Gastgeber sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sprechen Englisch und Italienisch.

Splendida struttura nel cuore di Colico. Appartamenti impeccabili, puliti, curati, dotati di ogni confort con grandi balconi per potersi gustare al meglio la colazione. Delizioso, piccolo, accogliente bar. Personale disponibile, gentilissimo, preparato. Zona piscina perfetta. Graditissimo omaggio di una bottiglia di prosecco e di acqua nonché la possibilità di avere un drink offerto al vicino locale sulle rive del lago Portovino.Non c'è niente di negativo. Consigliatissimo.

Wat een geweldig appartement op een fijne plek.
Met ons gezin, 6 volwassenen en 1 kind, verbleven wij een week in Residence Lake Como.
Alles was 100%!
Fijne ontvangst met uitleg en een flesje bubbels op de kamer.
Kamers zijn ruim, modern en schoon.
Ontbijt was prima, leuk met afwisseling in het fruit.
Fijn zwembad en zonneterras.
Drankjes bestellen aan het zwembad ook superfijn.
We hadden geen problemen met de trein die af en toe voorbij komt.
Midden in het dorp met parkeerplaats. Dichtbij het meer, restaurants, boulevard en het strand.
Genoeg te zien in de omgeving, dank voor de tips, Eleonora!
Kortom;
alles aanwezig voor een topverblijf!!

Nette schone kamer, accommodatie ook schoon en netjes. Dichtbij het centrum en het meer. Enige nadeel dat het wel erg dicht bij het spoor ligt. De trein was dan in onze kamer duidelijk hoorbaar.

Bella struttura situata nel centro di Colico a 50 metri dal lago e nella ZTL del paese. Si arriva tranquillamente in auto, la direzione è munita di permessi.
Alle spalle degli appartamenti la ferrovia molto vicina, ma grazie ad un ottima insonorizzazione non si sente minimamente.
Gli appartamenti sono nuovi ampi e soprattutto pulitissimi, dotati anche di cassetta pronto soccorso ed estintore.
La cucina è dotata di tutto il necessario, forno microonde lavastoviglie e lavatrice completano la dotazione. Il nostro appartamento con camera matrimoniale e la seconda con letto a castello.
A lato della reception hanno un piccolo bar mentre alle spalle la SPA con piscina e solarium. La piscina esterna ha anche comode sdraio per prendere il sole.
Il parcheggio è all’interno della struttura chiuso da cancello.
È presente anche una sala giochi.
Graditissimo l’omaggio della bottiglia di prosecco all’arrivo.

Wat een fijne plek , modern , veilig , nieuw.
Met ons gezin , 2 kinderen van 9 en 7. Hebben we het geweldig gehad, een dikke aanrader voor ieder die aan het Como meer wil verblijven of tussenstop . Wij waren er 3 dagen en volop genoten , wij komen hier zeker weten weer . Jammer om weg te gaan.
Host zijn fantastisch en de auto en appcomplex staan veilig achter het grote hek.

Het beste van deze hele locatie is, met een paar meter sta je op de boulevard! Zwembad voor de kinderen , game room , heerlijke ontbijtjes, eten doe je binnen 5 min bij de restaurants op de boulevard. Het is er gezellig , niet te druk , niet te toeristisch. Het uitzicht, is adembenemend .

Bij hadden het app genaamd laghetto , met daarnaast een solarium , wanneer er ‘s morgens nog op je balkon schaduw is , hebben we daar fantastisch gezeten in de zon en in de avond zon, dit app leek ons het mooiste dus we hadden geluk.

Vergeet niet de jacuzzi, ‘s avonds geweldig met verlichting en lekker warm , de kinderen vonden dit het mooiste aan het hele verblijf.

In riva al lago , camere nuove e pulitissime . Gentili all’accoglienza , cordiali e disponibili.
Facile da raggiungere con possibilità di pas auto per la zona ztl!
Io mi trovavo nell’appartamento “Lecco “ : 2 camere di cui una matrimoniale e una con letto a castello! 2 bagni , una grande cucina con divano e tanto di bottiglia di benvenuto .

Super schöne Unterkunft in top Lage am Comer See!

Das Apartment ist direkt am See, fußläufig zu verschiedenen Badestränden, die gut zum Sonnen und Schwimmen sind. ☀️ Ebenso sind einige Restaurants und Eisdielen in der Nähe.

Die Wohnung ist sehr neuwertig und sehr gut ausgestattet, alles da was man braucht. Wir hatten zwei Schlafzimmer und zwei Bäder, schick eingerichtet mit bequemen Betten. 👌🏼 Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine sind ebenfalls dabei.

Die gesamte Anlage und der Poolbereich sind sehr gepflegt und es wird sich sehr fleißig um alles gekümmert.

An der Bar gibt es Kaffee, Smoothies und Cocktails mit hauseigener Minze - auch direkt zum Pool gebracht, toller Service. 👍🏻

Wir können die Residence Lake Como absolut empfehlen und würden wieder kommen! Wir haben uns sehr willkommen und gut aufgehoben gefühlt! Grazie! 😊

RESIDENCE COLICO - Due notti in riva al lago - Appartamenti belli e funzionali - Posto per la macchina all'interno della zona ZTL - Piscina, SPA e bar che sono dei piccoli gioielli per coccolarti e favorire il tuo relax - Bici a disposizione gratuitamente. Tutto bello ma la parte migliore rimangono le persone...amichevoli e rilassate....ti fanno sentire subito a tuo agio. Complimenti!!

Residence LakeComo è una struttura moderna di ultima generazione, costruito nel 2019, appartamento moderno,ben arredato,spazioso e luminoso, spa direi buona nel residence,Andrea il proprietario cortese e disponibile, consiglio il residence LakeComo ottima organizzazione.
Vorrei aggiungere altre cose del mio soggiorno al Residence Lake Como,una struttura ripeto moderna, pulita .
Ho prenotato tramite un amico Fabio di Colico,e consiglio fortemente il residence LakeComo di Colico.
Andrea e Eleonora hanno organizzato inoltre una degustazione di 2 vini bianchi locali e 2 vini rossi locali ( della Valtellina e Lariani):
La degustazione è stata fatta in una baita,d proprietà di Andrea, a circa 350 metri d altezza,a Colico di fronte al monte Legnone,con salumi tipici della Val Chiavenna e della vicina Valtellina (bresaola,speck,e salame)
Degustazione ottima,vini di spessore
Andrea e Eleonora organizzano x i propri clienti che risiedono nel residence LakeComo, degustazioni di vini locali e salumi e formaggi tipici della Val Chiavenna e Valtellina,su Instagram è possibile trovarli sotto il nome azienda Delrisi.

What an amazing place. Fantastic location, great secure modern apartments and the staff are amazing. The apartments are massive and very well equipped, this is the best place to stay in Colico. Nice swimming pool and sauna. The power showers are amazing and the beds super comfy. Wifi is great. Eleonora is brilliant and will help you with anything - really great service.

We had an amazing stay! Really well organised place. The moment you come in to the territory you see how well maintained everything is. The pool (although it was covered due to the off season) , the buildings are renovated, We had a spacious room with a magical view on the monte legnone. It was sparkling clean. A kitchen has a dishwasher, a juice squeezer, a toaster, a teapot and a coffee machine. In other words everything you need! A washing machine in the bathroom. The water heats up quickly, nice spacious shower. A TV in the living room and in the bedroom. Perfect!
We also booked a sauna. It was also amazing! New, clean, feels nice to be there. I'd maybe add some aroma oils, but that's just my preferences:)) so there a a sauna and a hamam and a shower. Perfect to relax after a long hiking day or any day actually :D Next time we'd love to spend time in jacuzzi which wasn't working the night we were there. So in any case we'd love to come back to experience the pool and the jacuzzi! I loved everything about this place, thank you Residence Lake Como very much! Recommended 100%
