Great powerbuilding gym. Has lots of opportunities for free weight training and most common machines, also a few cardio machines. The people here are great, the vibes immaculate, some of the regulars are obviously pros or well on their way. You can get day passes, week passes, etc. If you're in San Vincenzo, come and train here!

Ik heb hier tijdens mijn vakantie in Italië twee weken kunnen trainen. Ik ben erg tevreden over deze ervaring. Voor 50€ heb je 2 weken toegang tot de fitnessruimte. De sportschool is relatief klein maar goed uitgerust. De apperatuur is oud, maar wordt goed onderhouden en alles loopt super soepel. Houd er wel rekening mee dat er geen airco is en dat het nogal warm is binnen. Over het algemeen dankbaar dat ik hier mocht trainen en raad het iedereen aan!

This is a small, but very well equipped gym. Every conceivable compound exercise you need to do can be done here on the available equipment.

Is the equipment a little old? Yes. But tell me, what kind of 2023 update do you need to a squat rack? None.

I went here for two weeks while vacationing in the area. The cost (plus admin) was €55 (for 2 weeks) A single entry is €10.

The gym is seemingly split into two “areas” one with most of the machines/weights and another with a padded floor area where it was customary to take your shoes off. That’s just a small customary fyi.

Everyone was polite and helpful if needed. Equipment was totally fine. I didn’t bother using the changing rooms. I arrived in my gym gear and took my bag with me inside - nobody seemed to mind.

The only downside - no A/C. Room temperature was around 31 according to the wall thermometer.

To be fair it was also regularly over 30 outside during the last weeks. So take plenty of water with you.

Go workout here if you’re vacationing in the area. You won’t regret it.

Gutes Fitnessstudio, mit allen essenziellen Geräten. Für Touristen, teilweise etwas schwer zu finden, daher angehängt ein Bild, auf welchem der Eingang gekennzeichnet ist. Das Fitnessstudio ist nicht mit einem modernen Fitnessstudio, wie zum Beispiel in Deutschland häufig vorhanden zu vergleichen. Die Geräte sind etwas älter. An sich sind, ist aber alles nötige vorhanden.

Je kan er prima trainen voor €10 per keer. Een dagpas is dat. Voor 2 weken €40. Dat vind ik een goede prijs. Ik heb daar lekker getraind (fitness) en nergens last van behalve een goeie spierpijn.
