Fui a entrenar a Gold’s Gym Kokka en Matera y mi experiencia fue muy buena. Desde que llegué me sentí cómodo: el lugar está muy bien cuidado, se nota orden y limpieza, y el ambiente para entrenar me pareció excelente (tranquilo pero con buena energía).

Durante mis sesiones, el profe Mario me asistió súper bien. Fue atento y profesional, estuvo pendiente de mi técnica, me corrigió cuando hacía falta y me ayudó a organizar mejor el entrenamiento sin hacerlo complicado. En general, me fui con una sensación muy positiva del gym y del trato. Además el horario es extendido que va muy bien con mis tiempos como estudiante

Wspaniałe przeżycie! Na recepcji gościnna i bardzo miła Patricia 😊 Poznała mnie z lokalnymi członkami siłowni. Dużo sprzętu, można zrobić spokojnie trening na wolnych ciężarach i maszynach.
Warto wziąć gotówkę, cena pojedynczego wejścia 10 €, za prysznic wrzuca się monetę od 0,50 €. Warto odwiedzić będąc turystą 💖

Finding a gym whenever I travel is a must but more importantly, finding a place that welcomes you with great customer service, friendly atmosphere, and super clean says a lot about the owner of this joint. Mario is the best - Made us feel right at home even though he knew we were only looking for a couple of day passes as visitors of this location. Thank you Mario!

We were passing through Matera, and after several unsuccessful attempts to find a gym for a one-time visit, we stumbled upon this wonderful, friendly place. The workout was inexpensive and went great. I highly recommend it.

Vado in questa palestra da diversi anni. Mi ci trovo molto bene, un ambiente armonioso e allegro. Personale eccellente. Attrezzi ottimi e completi. L’istruttore nonché proprietario è una persona fantastica insieme a sua moglie Patrizia, una persona dolce e solare che accoglie la gente con quel sorriso e con quella gentilezza ormai rara. È una famiglia per me.

Travel a lot, hard to find good gyms with plenty of equipment in some of the smaller towns/cities in Italy. Had everything I needed and the owner was very pleasant. Will return next time I’m in Matera.

I stopped in this morning for a full body workout after hiking and walking around Matera for three days. Mario greeted me with a kind welcome and offered to assist in any way needed. It was busy but not crowded as slot of people seemed to be working on new programs or getting tips from Mario! Thanks again for a hospitable time. If you’re travelling and need a place to lift or cardio don’t feel scared to stop in…..ciao!!

Great gym! The hours are very accommodating; I've never seen it too busy. Lots of equipment for any type of exercise you prefer - free weights, machines, cardio, mats and kettlebells. Spacious locker rooms and facilities. Can't recommend enough!

This is a really fantastic gym. High density of great equipment, even at peak busy hours there is always plenty stations available. Owner Mario seems to be a great guy

This gym is quite nice and well maintained. The staff is very welcoming. My biggest concern was that I couldn't speak Italian but fortunately they spoke English as well so, I was at ease. I truly enjoying going to this gym.

Absolutely my favorite gym in Italy, they offer world quality machines, nice staff with very reasonable pricing! Giovanni and Mario are both good mates, they're always attentive and trying to help you! Loved it!!! the biggest surprise for my trip in matera!
