I started last month and enjoyed the coach trainings as it was perfect for my goals to get stronger under coach supervision. The trainings with Elisa and Manuela went above all expectations, very attentive, correcting, supporting and motivating.
Unlikely today I went to Mattia’s coach training and was shocked with zero attention as he was only talking to other clients, hasn’t asked my medical restrictions or limits, I made same exercises incorrectly, no correction. He was completely outside my training. Will avoid him as a coach for the future.

Excellent range and quality of equipment for both novice and elite training. Price to train was very reasonable given this and the abundance of space. Staff was so friendly and I really enjoyed training here :).
