My sister and I love Fit Secret!!
Gianluca is an amazing trainer.. he gives excellent guidance on how to best reach our strength training goals . He's patient and kind and very very focused on helping us live better and more active lives.
As senior citizens (78 & 71) it's important to maintain strength and keep our bones strong. We appreciate his wisdom and his positive approach to maintaining good health.

La palestra è nuova come anche gli attrezzi ed è sempre pulita, anche gli spogliatoi e le docce. Il personale è sempre presente, attento, disponibile, paziente e molto professionale.

Highly recommend this gym if you’re looking for personal training! It’s brand new, very clean and they play great music. They also offer multiple package options to see what suits you best. Both owners and the staff speak English perfectly, which I appreciate as an American who is still learning Italian. I felt very welcomed right away and my trainer Gianluca used the first session to understand my capabilities so he can personally curate my program. Go check it out!

Very nice gym with super top modern equipment (everything Lacertosus) they also have air conditioner so it’s very nice to workout. I would recommend 10/10
