Ho frequentato il box da Settembre '23 a Marzo '24 e l'esperienza è stata fantastica.
Un ringraziamento speciale al coach Jose: la sua bravura è notevole e la sua simpatia rende ogni allenamento piacevole e stimolante. Il box è molto grande e ben attrezzato.
L'atmosfera è il vero punto di forza: è un ambiente incredibilmente amichevole e accogliente, ci si sente subito a casa. Non è solo un box, è una vera community che ti motiva, infatti ho fatto diverse amicizie! Consigliatissimo!!!

We had a drop-in during our holiday. The owner was very friendly and flexibel. We had a great workout with good equipment. I would really recommend this place! Thanks for having us.

We stopped by spontaneously and were kindly allowed to train during an open gym slot from 3 pm. The coach was welcoming and the atmosphere in the box was good! Really appreciated the flexibility and friendliness. Would definitely come back!

One of the worst CrossFit classes I've dropped in. Just zero coaching. The coaches work was just to read the program, to start the timer and to chat with the girls from the last class. I am glad this is not an official affiliate (anymore? Idk). 15€ for nothing.

We are sorry to hear this opinion. Yesterday's training was so easy that we focused on those who needed to be corrected and guided for proper execution of the movements. Those with a good fitness level, like you, required less attention. You didn't need to be trained. On the other hand, if you are used to a coach who shouts all the time and puts on a show, we are not the box for you. We have been open for over 10 years and have never had problems. Being a CrossFit affiliate only has one purpose: paying €5000 for nothing.

The girls you mentioned were trials and new members; the secretary was not available to provide the information. Unfortunately, the coach had to take care of everything. Sometimes this happens, and our members are aware of it. We regret your discomfort and will take your opinion into account to avoid making the same mistake again. Thank you.

I had a fantastic experience at this CrossFit box! The facility was top-notch and very well-equipped, with a wide range of high-quality elements for a challenging workout. The space was ample, allowing me to work out comfortably without feeling crowded or affecting other members. I was thoroughly impressed with the overall setup and would highly recommend this box to anyone seeking a great CrossFit experience.

Un box acogedor, nos recibieron muy amablemente y nos invitaron a unirnos a hacer el wod de la clase. El entrenador nos acompañó con los ejercicios y nos hizo sentir parte del grupo.

Siamo stati in questo box in un caldo giorno di luglio. Ben accessoriato e personale molto gentile. Non posso dare un giudizio sui coach perché mi sono allenato in open box. Consiglierei l'installazione di qualche ventola a soffitto.

Amazing box. All possible equipment available, ropes, rings, stones, bikes, skiers, rowers, tons of racks & weights. Trainers were attentive and helpful on technique. WOD was one of the best programs my partner and I have done. Speak fluent English & Spanish. Highly recommend this box if you are in Sardinia.

Box ottimamente attrezzato, pulito e ordinato. Coach cordiale e ospitale, ora di allenamento ottimamente strutturata, parte iniziale di mobilità e warm up perfettamente funzionale e propedeutica al wod finale. Bella esperienza, consigliatissimo anche per chi come noi ha fatto un semplice drop in.....che ripeteremo.

Ho pagato l'abbonamento mensile con tesseramento annuale ,non sapendo che le lezioni non si potessero recuperare (per causa di orari di lavoro ) non ho potuto recuperare nemmeno i soldi in quanto le lezioni vanno recuperate entro il mese stesso ,il posto è ben curato e pulito ma si è seguiti pochissimo durante l'esecuzione degli esercizi perché le classi sono molto affollate ,il che potrebbe portare a delle posture scorrette con i pesi ,mi dispiace ma do uno.

Lei qui si lamenta di un problema senza nessun senso gia che il giorno dell'iscrizione viene assolutamente spiegato tutto , da come fare le presentazioni e recupero lezioni. Il resto semplicemente non e vero niente.

Des bons Wods et une belle box spacieuse. Par contre 0 accueil c'est dommage. Nous n'avons pas retrouvé l'ambiance des autres box. Mon amie parlait italien mais aucune communication n'a été établie

Come sport è meraviglioso e l'ambiente ti fa sentire sempre a tuo agio. Se poi si pensa che i coach sono molto preparati... Non c'è storia. Super consigliato a chi vuole mettersi alla prova con se stesso
