Being a tourist in Italy is challenging for those of us who want a gym membership because very few gyms will grant access to non residents.

Thankfully, David and his crew were on board with me joining for one month at €55 (a great price compared to other gyms offering short term memberships at more than double that price).

I have no complaints about anything. The equipment was well maintained and there was plenty of it to play with - even for people like me who are not powerlifters and just wanted somewhere friendly to lift weights.

The opening hours are incredible - open 5am until midnight 365 days a year. I hate skipping workouts on Sundays and holidays, so these guys really came to the rescue here! I love being able to choose my rest day instead of being forced rest on Sundays when most gyms are closed.

Aside from the free weights - barbells dumbbells kettlebells benches racks etc - the gym has a number of sufficient machines suitable for general fitness, such as a leg extension, leg curl, lat pull down, seated row, a double cable machine, a back extension platform and a leg press. I was able to replicate all of my usual workouts here.

Lastly, the customer service went far above and beyond what I would expect. Even the other members training would say hello and goodbye. There is a real sense of community here and a huge care factor. This is what sets these guys ahead of the rest. You won't need a matching pastel buttfloss activewear set to fit in and train here!

Titolare molto gentile e disponibilissima.
Per un turista che non vuole farsi mancare gli allenamenti anche in ferie questo è il posto adatto. Grazie per l’ospitalità e cortesia. 5 stelle meritate

Palestra molto pulita, personale gentile e disponile, è possibile fare una prova gratuita compilando in rapido modulo.
La palestra ha un’intera zona dedicata al Calisthenics, e una dedicata agli sport di combattimento con sacchi è un ottimo ring, con la possibilità di partecipare a corsi

Consiglio questa palestra principalmente per powerlifting e powerbuilding, poiché ci sono zone adibite ai fondamentali come stacco squat e panca, con dischi e bilancieri di qualità Lacertosus, ottima anche per lo streetlifting, per il bodybuilding è invece leggermente sconsigliata vista la mancanza di alcuni macchinari

Ciononostante consiglio vivamente la palestra, tutte le attrezzature presenti sono nuovissime e di qualità, ed è meglio di molte palestre nella zona :)
