Wir waren als Familie mit unseren beiden Kindern (13 und 15 Jahre) im Hotel le Torri del Garda. Der Empfang war kühl und wir wurden gleich unfreundlich darauf hingewiesen dass wir zu früh wären. Keine freundliche Begrüßung oder Nachfrage nach der Anreise.
Wir haben uns dann, da abends ein Unwetter gemeldet war, auf den Weg in den Ort gemacht um ein paar Kleinigkeiten zu kaufen.
Bei der Rückkehr waren unsere Koffer bereits im Zimmer. Dieses war wie beschrieben.
Am ersten Abend war unser eigentlicher Tisch (wir buchten jedoch 8 Monate vorher) noch belegt und wir mussten im Eingangsbereich unser Abendessen einnehmen. Das empfanden wir, nachdem mittaglichen kühlen Empfang nicht besonders schön.

Grundsätzlich war das Hotel schön und sauber. Wir hatten das Hotel hauptsächlich wegen der Animation für die Jugendlichen ausgewählt. Leider wurde hier, bis auf die allabendlichen Fußballspiele nichts geboten. Eine Disko gab es nicht. Des Weitern lässt der Wellnessbereich auch zu wünschen übrig. Die finnische Sauna liegt direkt neben dem Indoor Pool und die Geräusche werden direkt übertragen. Des Weitern gibt es keinen kostenfreien Handtuchwechsel, was hier sehr unhygienisch ist.

Wir haben heute den vorletzten Tag hier. Wir sagen vielen Dank an das sehr, sehr freundliche Personal. Sehr gute Zimmer, selbst die Aufbettung im Wohnzimmer ist sehr bequem. Es ist trotz der vielen Kinder sehr ruhig in der kompletten Anlage. Alles ist sehr sauber und funktioniert… nichts ist runter gerockt wie in manch anderen Hotels. Guter Wellnessbereich, großer Außenpool, der aufgrund seiner Größe leider nicht beheizbar ist. Direkt vor dem Hotel ist eine schnelle Ladesäule, die sehr gut funktioniert.

We absolutely loved our stay at Garda Family Inn! Perched at the top of a hill, the views were simply stunning and the perfect backdrop for a relaxing family getaway. The hotel felt warm and cozy, and the half-board meals were not just good, but genuinely delicious with great quality and variety. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. What made it truly special for us was how perfect it was for young children — my kids couldn’t get enough of the magic show, which was definitely the highlight of our trip! We can’t wait to come back and create more unforgettable family memories here.

Abbiamo appena concluso la nostra vacanza (dal 7 al 12 ottobre) e l'unica parola che ci viene in mente è "perfetto"! Questo family resort è un vero gioiello, un'oasi dove sia i genitori che i bambini possono trovare la loro dimensione ideale.Le camere sono spaziose, pulitissime e dotate di ogni comfort, ma ciò che ha reso il soggiorno eccezionale è stata l'attenzione ai dettagli in ogni servizio.Un plauso particolare va alla Zona Benessere: un rifugio di pace. Abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo i momenti trascorsi nella SPA, tra sauna, bagno turco e piscina relax. È stata la ricarica di energia perfetta, permettendoci di staccare completamente la spina in un ambiente curato e tranquillo.​Il cibo merita una standing ovation! Dalla colazione alla cena, la qualità e la varietà dei piatti proposti sono state eccellenti.​E infine, l'Animazione: semplicemente strepitosa!||Capace d'intrattenere e divertire tutti.||Torneremo sicuramente il prossimo anno. Consigliatissimo a tutte le famiglie che cercano una vacanza dove la qualità del relax si sposa perfettamente con il divertimento.||||||||||||||||||

Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche im Hotel Le Torri in Albisano verbracht – und es war einfach ein fabelhafter Urlaub! Wir waren als Familie mit einem Baby und unserer 4-jährigen Tochter dort und haben uns vom ersten Moment an rundum wohlgefühlt.

Das gesamte Personal war unglaublich herzlich, zuvorkommend und immer mit einem Lächeln für uns da. Gerade mit Kindern fühlt man sich hier bestens aufgehoben – aufmerksam, hilfsbereit und absolut kinderfreundlich. Die Animationen und die Funny Dance waren für unsere Tochter immer ein Highlight. Es gab sogar Zaubershows!

Das Essen im Rahmen der Halbpension war ausgezeichnet – abwechslungsreich, frisch und auf sehr hohem Niveau. Jeder Abend war ein Genuss, und auch beim Frühstück blieb kein Wunsch offen.

Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber, gemütlich und mit einer traumhaften Aussicht – perfekt zum Entspannen nach einem erlebnisreichen Tag. Die ruhige Lage in Albisano, oberhalb des Gardasees, sorgt für eine wunderbare Atmosphäre und man genießt gleichzeitig die Nähe zu Torri del Benaco und anderen Ausflugszielen.

Wir können dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen – ob als Familie, Paar oder Alleinreisende – und freuen uns schon jetzt auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für diese unvergesslichen Tage!

Il resort è molto ben curato. Si trova un po’ distante dal paese di Torri ma, trovandosi in alto, dalle camere si può godere di una splendida ed appagante vista sul lago.
Una doverosa nota di merito a tutto il
personale che, oltre ad agire in modo molto professionale, si è dimostrato davvero molto cortese e disponibile.
Molto apprezzato il parcheggio interno e vicino alle camere.
Lo consiglio per chi desidera una vera vacanza di relax.

The overall location offers a great view, but it’s quite out of the way. I wouldn’t recommend it for families unless you plan to stay in the resort most of the time (which is definitely not what we planned).

Food quality is poor, with very limited choices compared to many other places we’ve visited. We had dinner there once, and it was shockingly overpriced for what it offered, and we left most of the food. The buffet isn’t really a buffet, which makes it feel like the hotel is simply cutting costs.

The gym is terrible: badly set up and filled with poor-quality equipment. With very little effort, the hotel could greatly improve the experience for parents wanting to exercise properly while on holiday.

Overall, I would not recommend.

Great family resort, stunning views of the lake with beautiful clean rooms. The whole hotel is well maintained & beautifully managed. Pool was perfect, never hard to get sunbeds, food was reasonably priced at lunch and dinner ( buffet) ||Kids club was okay, not the type you can drop off but mostly group/pool activities. Most guests there are German so please be aware that entertainment & kids clubs are usually spoken in German first,then Italian then English. Didn’t bother our kids but might not be the same for others. ||Location- stunning but not walkable to towns. Car is an absolute must at this hotel. ||Would we come back here, probably not as getting two kids in the car every day in 35degress was hard work. We thought we would try something different this year but didn’t work for us as a family. No fault of the hotel as it was simply stunning

Wir waren 5 Tage mit unserem 2 jährigen Kind hier. Der Poolbereich war sehr schön, es gab extra einen Bereich für Kleinkinder. Das Zimmer war relativ klein, Treppenstufen bis zum Zimmer und das mit Kinderwagen - etwas beschwerlich. |Das Abendessen beginnt erst ab 19 Uhr, für ein Hotel, dass extra für Kinder ausgelegt ist, relativ spät. Zudem fanden wir das Buffet ( nirgends Selbstbedienung) nicht kinderfreundlich, wie auf der Website angepriesen. Beispiele von den warmen Gerichten: Lammhüfte, Nudeln mit Meeresfrüchte, Seehecht Carpaccio. Keine Nuggets, Fischstäbchen. Auch größere Kinder an Nachbarstischen aßen z.T Nudeln mit Ketchup, oder jeden Tag Pommes. |Das Frühstück war gut, aber ebenfalls für Kinder ungeeignet. Sehr sehr zuckerlastig, eine ganze Reihe voller Kuchen, Gebäck, Muffin. Wenig Gemüse oder geschnittenes Obst, obwohl es so einfach sein kann. |Pool und Kinderindoorspielplatz öffnen erst um 10 Uhr, d.h bis dahin 2 Std beschäftigen, die Kinder wurden unruhig. |Schöne abendliche Kinderanimation. |Zufuss in der Stadt spazieren gehen, ging auch nicht so leicht. Nur mit Auto, weil das Hotel auf einem Berg war. |Wir können dieses Hotel leider weniger empfehlen, es ist ein normales Hotel aber sicher nicht für Kleinkinder ausgelegt. Hier müsste die o.g Punkte verbessert werden.

Il nostro soggiorno al Resort Torri del Garda è stato semplicemente perfetto. Fin dal momento dell’arrivo siamo stati accolti con un sorriso sincero e una disponibilità che ci ha fatto sentire immediatamente a casa. Lo staff è estremamente gentile, attento a ogni esigenza e sempre pronto a fornire informazioni e consigli utili per vivere al meglio la vacanza.

Le stanze sono spaziose, pulitissime e arredate con gusto, con una vista sul lago che lascia senza fiato: svegliarsi al mattino e ammirare quel panorama è un’emozione unica. L’attenzione per le famiglie è uno dei punti di forza del resort: l’accoglienza e l’intrattenimento per i bambini sono organizzati in modo impeccabile, con attività divertenti e sicure che hanno reso felici i più piccoli e rilassati i genitori.

I servizi offerti sono eccellenti, dalla ristorazione di qualità agli spazi comuni curati, fino alle aree dedicate al relax e allo svago. Ogni dettaglio è pensato per rendere il soggiorno confortevole e speciale.

Siamo rientrati con il cuore pieno di ricordi bellissimi e con la certezza che torneremo: il Resort Torri del Garda è stata davvero una splendida scoperta che consigliamo a chiunque voglia vivere un’esperienza indimenticabile sul Lago di Garda.

We were just randomly looking for a hotel in Lake Garda and saw this hotel. We have kids 3 and 8 years old. My son loves football and he enjoyed the football tournaments at night. My 3 year old daughter loves the pool. It’s definitely worth it. Also not far from the cities which were also very beautiful to visit. Employees were all nice and friendly! Rooms are nice and clean.. and beds are comfortable. Overall we really had an amazing 5 days stay!

This hotel is extremely hard to fault! The entire place was absolutely spotless. The room was well presented, with beautiful views. We had absolutely no issue with storage. It’s in a great location to explore around Lake Garda, but I would definitely say you’d be quite stuck without a car being quite a way up from the lake itself. |The staff were friendly and polite, giving us recommendations of day trips and the best places to park when visiting other towns. The food was excellent with plenty of variation across our 10 day stay. There were plenty of options for the kids. |The outdoor pool was on the chilly side, but there’s plenty of room and sunbeds are assigned so no undignified towel hogging. The indoor pool is better for little kids as it’s much warmer and has a little splash pad in it for the toddlers. |The animation team were friendly and enthusiastic, and there was plenty for the littles to get involved with if they wanted. |My only critique was the way the sound carried from upstairs, their stomping about and scraping of chairs on the floor was extremely loud. The evening animations do go on until about 11pm so be aware if you want an early night that can be tricky.|I would return and I highly recommend.

El personal encantador, te ayudan en todo lo que pueden y siempre tienen una sonrisa, desde las recepcionistas hasta los camareros. Unas vistas muy bonitas, habitación amplia y siempre limpia. A parte de estar alejado del centro, con lo que es imprescindible el coche, el hotel es para recomendar.

El hotel tiene un ambiente muy familiar, las habitaciones son de gran tamaño , sencillas en su decoracion pero muy cómodas. Es un hotel ideal para ir con niños de todas las edades, ya que tienen actividades diriguidas todo el dia. El personal que labora es muy amable. La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, tiene una vista muy linda al lago.
