Pretty typical military gym — you’ve got your weights, cardio machines, and everything you need to stay in shape. They also offer massage services, which is a nice bonus. No complaints.

Del din gym 🏋️‍♀️ 💪 has improved so much, but my only issue is the pool days and time. We are soldiers 😎 most at times we are free in the evening. After work and weekends are good times for the pool.
Please look into the days 🙏 and time

Gym used to be good till they took out a lot of the better equipment and traded with more cheaper stuff. New squat racks look like they would crumble if you put anything more than 315 on.
I never used it but they also took the jungle gym out and I know a lot of people that were upset by that if ain't broken don't fix it 👍

Nice Gym, being early gets you alot of access to the machines, weights and cardio room. Very clean. Only issue is patrons walking around without masks or mask on mouth only. Signs are visible and posted. Just not taking Covid seriously.
