Ultimamente è diventato difficile riuscire ad allenarsi bene... o si è una persona estroversa e che si allena con altre persone senza problemi o si è sotto pressione a svolgere i propri esercizi incastrandosi con altri sconosciuti.
Ci sono varie sale, ma sono piccole per la quantità di macchine che ci sono. Se la sala corsi è occupata non c'è posto per fare riscaldamento o esercizi con i manubri perché non c'è un metro quadrato libero.

Avevo letto qualche recensione in cui viene definita “piccolina”: nulla di più inesatto, ho contato almeno 7 sale, super fornite.
Ma le cose più positive sono la pulizia e la professionalità dello staff.
In centro ad Alghero, assolutamente la migliore struttura per fare Fitness! Bravi!

Great well-stocked gym close to the Old Town. Cost 8€ for a day pass.

Lots of gym machines, weights and a training space. I can’t speak Italian so wasn’t able to communicate with the owner but he seemed friendly and accommodating.

I do have to mention that one of the trainers at the gym was incredibly unfriendly and hostile to me, as a solo woman working out.

First day I went to the gym I found a small corner in the training space to use dumbbells and kettlebells. I must have been in his personal training area but instead of asking me to move, he gets his client to work out directly in front of me. With no space to move.

Second day I went to the gym, again I worked out in the small corner (because I did not see him so I thought he was done). You know what this trainer does? He turned up the heat on the air conditioning to 25 degrees Celsius when it was already so hot in the gym. I was right under the air conditioning. Not sure what his problem was with me but I wasn’t bothering anyone and if needed me to move, he could have just asked instead of being incredibly hostile. He made the environment not very nice.

Nice and clean gym. Bigger than it looks from the pictures! Good set of weight machines and free weights. They also run classes. Have some cardio equipment (not loads but enough). Happy with it and will use this gym from now on when visiting Alghero!

Gym muy limpio, ambiente muy sano y con todo tipo de máquinas. Las fotos desmerecen la realidad que te encuentras. Ya he encontrado un gimnasio para cuando vengo alghero de vacaciones.

Super salle de fitness! Je n'y suis allé qu'une seule fois pendant les vacances mais il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour bien s'entrainer. Bonne ambiance et tarifs très raisonnable. J'y retournerai avec plaisir si je retourne sur Alghero.

Bellissima palestra, caratterizzata da diverse sale. Istruttori preparati pronti a rispondere alle domande degli sportivi o aspiranti tali. In pieno centro, raggiungibile facilmente a piedi.
