Regarding the €15 day pass, we understand that everyone has their own expectations on price. However, for a small independent gym serving a small local community, maintaining high-quality equipment, cleanliness, and constant upkeep comes at a cost.

We’re also the only gym in the local area that allows tourists to train without requiring an Italian medical certificate, making it easy for visitors to stay active while on holiday. That flexibility, together with the quality of the facility, is reflected in the day pass price.

As for the reception experience, we’re sorry you felt it wasn’t up to the same standard. We appreciate that feedback and will certainly look into it, as we always aim to provide a welcoming experience from the moment someone walks through the door.

Ci hai contattato su WhatsApp a mezzanotte per chiedere gli orari di apertura, senza considerare che un messaggio inviato a quell’ora può disturbare chi è al di fuori dell’orario di lavoro.

Quando sei arrivato, la porta d’ingresso era ancora chiusa. Anziché attendere, hai tirato ripetutamente la porta chiusa diverse volte. A quel punto ti abbiamo indicato i cartelli chiaramente esposti all’ingresso, che spiegano la procedura di accesso e chiedono a tutti gli ospiti di attendere l’assistenza del personale.

Se c’è stata qualsiasi discrepanza negli orari pubblicati sul sito, ti ringraziamo per avercela segnalata e provvederemo a verificarla. Tuttavia, ciò non cambia il fatto che tutti gli ospiti sono tenuti a rispettare le stesse procedure di accesso e il regolamento della struttura, comprese le indicazioni relative alle calzature.

Il nostro obiettivo è accogliere ogni ospite con cortesia, garantendo al tempo stesso che le regole vengano applicate in modo coerente e senza eccezioni.

We understand that our gym may feel small compared to large commercial fitness centers, but we are a small independent gym in Castelsardo, serving the needs of our local community rather than operating as a mass-market chain gym. Many of our members appreciate the quieter and more personal atmosphere that comes with that.
We’re happy you noticed the quality of the equipment and the friendliness of our trainer. Just as a small clarification, we also have dumbbells up to 40 kg available.
Regarding the daily pass price, it reflects not only the equipment and maintenance, but also the standards we follow. We are one of the few gyms in the area that do not require a valid medical certificate to train, member safety and responsible training in a clean and hygienic environment are very important to us.
We appreciate your comments about signage and will look at how we can improve this for future visitors. Thank you again for taking the time to share your experience.
