Super clean and well-kept, with a huge variety of machines for every workout style. Dumbbells go up to 37.5 kg, and parking right at the entrance is a big plus.
And the staff? In gym terms, their friendliness and attitude are the bench-press equivalent of 15 reps with 200 kg! 💪😄

L'unica palestra fra tutte quelle che ho frequentato in cui il personale si lamenta continuamente con gli iscritti riguardo i titolari. Personalmente vado in palestra per allenarmi, non per fare cortile e non mi piace stare in ambienti dove si fanno continuamente pettegolezzi.

Fantastic! The staff are so incredibly welcoming. Everything is very clean and new. It’s also very encouraging to see staff give tips on technique to people who seek it. Air con is also lovely!
The gym just needs a few minor changes which would make it even better. There’s no designated area to be able to do mat work (for core/abs workout), having one would be better without having to be right next to a machine (inconveniencing someone else). Also it would be great if there was one more chest workout machine (other than the existing free bar chest press) maybe something like butterfly.
Overall I really enjoyed my time here :) thank you

Very good gym in Noto. We were there on holidays and we really enjoyed working out there. Good machines and great space. But it was the friendly and smiley staff that makes this gym special. Veronica and his gorgeous friend ( cant remember her name…. Stefania maybe) made us feel welcome and at home. Thank you😘

Ho frequentato due anni questa palestra sentendomi come in famiglia, tra i tanti iscritti e il personale competente e disponibile, sempre pronto a venire incontro alle esigenze di tutti con un sorriso gentile. Adesso che il lavoro mi porta altrove questo mi mancherà come mancano le esperienze che se si potesse si preferirebbe portare avanti. Grazie Veronica, Peppe, Alessio, Sandra, Lorenzo, grazie alle tante nuove belle conoscenze fatte in questi due indimenticabili anni.

Las maquinas son nuevas, esta todo impecable, hay mucho espacio, muchas mancuernas, mucho todo jaja
La atención de Vero cuando te recibe es genial y encima habla español! Los profes son un amor y están siempre ayudando!
