We were there today as tourists. The day pass costs €10 per person if you pay in cash (€12 by card).
Even though the gym seems small at first glance, it has everything you need for a training session. There are plenty of dumbbells and weight plates for the equipment.
We particularly liked the trainer who walked around the studio the whole time, giving tips in a very friendly manner and explaining any equipment you weren't familiar with. We've never had such good service at our gym at home. 🙈
We would definitely come back. 🫶

the gym is not as described on their page and on the internet. it is not air conditioned and is only provided for bodybuilding, there is no section for powerlifting, the only bench present for bench pressing is slippery and not compliant, the plates are not compliant and the barbells are all 28 mm and there is only one rack without safety devices. the machines are decent but the worst thing is the lack of air conditioning/fans in fact the gym is not air conditioned.

Day pass for 10 euro for tourists. Staff were very kind and helpful. Gym is busy in the mid afternoon. Only one flat bench and one squat rack but gym goers were kind and willing to work in. Easy to find the gym and access. Locker rooms are small but so the job and have keys for lockers to store your items.

Als Tourist war ich auf der Suche nach einem guten Fitnessstudio und habe es hier gefunden. Sauberes und ordentliches Studio. Freihantelbereich, Cardiobereich und interessante Geräte, dazu eine sehr angenehme Atmosphäre. 10 € pro Tag sind hier absolut in Ordnung. Leider waren die Duschen im Februar 2025 außer Betrieb, aber ich wollte trainieren und nicht ins Spa gehen. Ich komme wieder!
Da turista cercavo una buona palestra e l'ho trovata qui. Studio pulito e ordinato. Area pesi liberi, area cardio e macchine interessanti, oltre ad un'atmosfera molto piacevole. 10€ al giorno qui sono assolutamente OK. Purtroppo le docce erano fuori servizio nel febbraio del '25 ma volevo allenarmi e non andare alle terme. Tornerò!

Palestra attrezzatissima sia per uomini che per donne, istruttrice super rispettosa e preparata, proprietario gentilissimo e ambiente sereno. Ci sono così tanti attrezzi che anche quando ci sono tante persone trovi comunque il modo di allenarti senza dover aspettare troppo. Sono tutti gentili e collaborativi. Nessuno ti giudica e anzi vieni incoraggiato ad andare con i tuoi tempi. Ci vado da poco, ma mi sento già incredibilmente a mio agio. Consigliatissima.

This is the best gym in Castellammare del Golfo. The gym equipment is clean and perfect for those into bodybuilding and fitness. The owner of the gym was extremely nice and helpful. A day pass costs €10.

Locali pulitissimi, palestra super attrezzata, anche quando affollata non abbiamo avuto nessun tipo di problema per allenarci. Personale disponibile cordiale ,alla Reception La ragazza gentilissima simpatica e molto attenta ,precisa nelle indicazioni. Immancabile attenzione del personal trainer Vito nonché proprietario, disponibile gentile e altamente professionale . Insomma Soldi spesi bene. Consigliatissimo!!!

Good gym. Not very big, but has all you need. It was quite busy when I got there (monday at 8 pm). Day pass available for 10 euro. Equipment is in good condition, owner is nice.
